It was a day like none other, the air was a very clear today and didn't smell of axe spray, sunscreen, puke, Starbucks, and cigarettes. I heard from the owner of the University I would get a new roommate since my last one raped a five year old and was arrested, so I was happy I would be getting company.

"Why are you acting so formal, that's not what you should act like here, you could get hurt little bo-" suddenly he stared me in the eyes, his eyes were blood red, I saw death and fire in them, his unamused face contradicts his blood colored eyes. "Dude- your fuckin eyes are weird, are those contacts?" I said walking up to him and touching his bare eyeball, he didn't freak out from that, he didn't flinch or anything, my finger was on his fucking eye!
"BRO!" "Yes Rorey," "doesn't that hurt?" "I cannot feel pain like you, it takes more than touching an eye to make me wince in pain." Said Rem, as he walked into the room that wasn't filled with things and unpacked his things. 'Just who is this kid? He didn't have on contacts and didn't wince at an eyeball being touched! He didn't seem human!' I thought as I rubbed my head confused and just sat down. "Who the fuck is this kid..."
