Over the past few days and weeks I have been observing people and how they behave, but more than that I have been watching how business' work. my company zenith and first bus in particular.
I do not know how any company can run on the generosity and good will of others if you are not charity based. zenith is a prime reason, a legal pyramid scheme is what's happening and managed to get to middle level, yet the ones under have no idea what's going on, the ones over have lack of communication. this all makes it hard to do any work and be able to perform properly. the chain of command is constantly broken with the miscommunication of all those involved, including myself (as I have no idea who an what I'm meant to day to the others!)
First however have a similar problem, communication can be good at times, have a rapid response on social media (which could be considered good), but everything else lacks. if they spend less time and money on social media, maybe one day people will stop sighing when the bus is late as tis the norm.
First have changed priced to make all out of town journeys same price, a very positive move probably heavily under fire from locals. right now I'm on a half bus when normally we have a full one, it wouldn't be to bad but every time this happens it is always overcrowded an negative feedback is left, is it that hard to maintain a steady amount of regular size buses
