Chapter one: Unusual first day

Mei woke up late "God damnit why does this always happen?! Plus it's the first day of school!" Mei sat up and ran to the bathroom to take a quick shower just to run back to brush her teeth. It was 6:30 AM and school starts at 7:15. Mei quickly dried her hair and changed into her uniform and put on her makeup. Once finished Mei ran to get her toast and puts it in her mouth and grabs her bag quickly since it was now 6:50. "Shit." She says as she checks her watch. Mei waited anxiously by the elevator and waited. It took about 2 minutes. Mei rushes inside and spams the upper ground floor button. Yet again, it took her 2 minutes just to go down. It's 6:55 and Mei runs out of the apartment complex. Once out Mei runs into a pole and falls down "Uhh fuck! My head!" Mei shouted in pain. Mei slowly stands up and continues to walk. Mei checks her watch once again. "7:00.." Mei pauses "Shit." Mei runs fast. As soon as Mei reaches the school she checks her watch again. "7:10... I'm not late!" She said between her pants. "Ugh, finally!" Mei said as she stretches her arms. Yuzu and Matsuri  were staring at Mei questioning her appearance to themselves.

While Mei was using her phone Matsuri walked up to Mei. "Aihara-san, right?" Matsuri said in a calm voice. "Yes, you have a problem with that?" Mei said in an annoyed tone. "May I please see your ID?" The shorter girl asked. Mei dug through her bag trying to find it, once found she handed it over to the shorter girl. "Well then." The shorter girl pauses. "Since your ID is verified I should let you in but-" She was about to finish her sentence but Mei cuts her off "But what?" This time in a more annoyed voice. "Your whole appearance is a violation." She continues.  
"W-what?" Mei said as she felt her jaw about to drop. "Makeup, shorter skirt, out of uniform, accessories and such." Matsuri says in a more harsh voice. "Plus, I'll need that phone of yours. Phones and gadgets aren't allowed here." Matsuri added. Yuzu glares at Mei earning a Yelp from the new girl. Yuzu walked up to Mei. Mei trembled a bit but Yuzu seems a bit smaller than Mei. Mei heard mumbles around her. "W-what?" She tries to act cool and calm but clearly, she's struggling. "You're a breaking the rules here. if you really want to be a student here you have to follow the rules." Yuzu said in a very serious tone of voice. Yuzu sees the phone that Mei is holding. "You have to hand that phone over. I'ts against the rules to bring gadgets here." she added. "No! What do you think? I would never give my phone to you!" Mei said in a very angry tone. Yuzu didn't speak but searched Mei's body. Mei struggles to get out of Yuzu's grip because it was tight. Once she found Mei's phone she walked away saying "This will be confiscated. You'll find it on the principal's office." Yuzu says. The mumbles grew louder as Mei fell on the ground.
