(Hey so this is a third person story so there are no P.o.Vs!)
(Edit: Please read the very last A/N on this fic. Thanks)

Remus sat in his carriage on the Hogwarts express, waiting patiently. He was saving seats for his friends, Sirius, James and Peter. They weren't at the station yet, as usual. They were always late. It was very annoying. Finally, he saw Sirius, and he waved, watching him run over. "Fuck he's even hotter now- no, Remus, no. You can't like him. He doesn't even like you back." The voice in his head shrieked. But Remus ignored it. Liking your friend wasn't wrong, right?

(Smol little time skip)

Remus sighed and closed his eyes, trying not to stare at Sirius, who was sitting across from him and laughing at James. He had firmly decided yes. It was wrong to like your friend. "There we go Remus, you'll just need to suffer in silence. It's just a silly little crush! It'll be gone in a week." The voice was back, and it was more insistent than ever. Remus opened his eyes and saw Sirius, staring right at him, and fuck, those beautiful eyes were just too much for him, and he wanted to scream that he loved him, and he didn't care if everybody in Hogwarts knew! He wanted Sirius to know, but no. He couldn't. He wouldn't. It was wrong! He continued this fight for the entire train ride, but found peace when they got to Hogwarts. That night, he lay in his bed and stared at the ceiling. Wide awake. How was he going to survive this year?
