Jello!
How are you doing?
Sorry that it's been so long, I'll explain at the end of the chapter.

My fingers brushed against the tip of my hood.
Just do it, you wuss!
I grabbed my hood and braced myself for whatever was to come. Then, a high pitched beeping noise came from the front of the ship.
I jumped back, and pulled out my main, and favorite knife and held it up, backing into a corner so I could see everything. The knife had an obsidian handle and a black vibranium blade, with a black, leather sheath hanging from my belt. It was a seven inch blade, with a carving of my symbol on it. The 'X' with six lines. It also had a dragon carved into the hilt, crawling up it. It looked so real, as if it could crawl off the handle and kill you.
Natasha cursed to herself and was hitting buttons and switches. "We're almost there, two minutes for preparation time." she called back. No point in showing my face now.
I remained in the position I was in, for some reason. Crouched low, knife in hand, fighting position.
My turn, for a change.
The beast. It was getting out! I have to stop it!
How? You're too worthless to stand up to me! You're good for nothing, but destroying everything!
Steve started getting ready. He tugged on his helmet, and hung his shield on his arm. He looked around again, for something to do. His gaze met me, and his eyebrows knitted.
"Hey," he said softly, walking to me. he crouched down so our eyes were level. "What's wrong?"
A growl, an inhuman growl, came from my throat. It was leaning more towards a lion or tiger growl, but not quite.
Steve froze, and stared at me.
I managed to get control by imagining a lion clawing up the Wendigo. I stood up and gave Steve a quick closed-mouthed grin to signal I was okay. He just stared at me some more, so I decided to stare back.
Staring contest: activated.
We stared at each other, locked in battle. I made sure to keep my entire face blank, including my gaze.
After a while, Steve broke the blank look into a face of concentration.
Not long, now.
Soon after, he looked down, and I smirked. I walked off to sit and continue staring at the floor.
A little after, Natasha spoke up, "We're here."
I looked through the window to see a large crowd of people. Were they...kneeling?
No they all dropped something at the same time. Of course they're kneeling!
Natasha got in close before she called out, "Steve, now!"
Just as a man, who I knew was Loki (It's not that hard to find out, he's wearing that), pointed his scepter at an old man who was standing, Steve dropped in and held the shield up to block a blue blast of light coming from the scepter. The light bounced off of Steve's shield and hit Loki, knocking him onto the ground face-first.
Now.
I launched myself of the ship with a call of "Wait!" from Natasha. Too late now. I opened my wings and flew down to the ground. Loki and Steve were talking, and the only thing I picked up was "-out of time." from Steve.
