Kally And Abby

Chapter .1. Kally

The class drags on and on, my dark blue eyes flutter with the effort to stay awake as I twirl a strand of my dirty blonde hair in my fingers. My phone vibrates in my pocket, I take it out and look at the text from my friend Abby.

A: Hey, you awake?

K: Ya, barley

A: well hold on it's almost done, three min left. Cant wait for after school.

K: Yay! and guess who's sitting in front of me?

I text looking up at the boy in front of me and the guy she has a crush on.

A: who? let me guess, Robin?

K: >:) yup

A: Oh, My, shut up. Do not talk, uh I hate u

K: Abby and Robin sitting in a tree, oh my gosh that's brilliant, cuz Robin, you know like a bird!

A: I cant wait to see you so I can literally kill you XD

K: ha ha

I type as the bell rings and I rush out of class to meat Abby. She's wearing a red summer dress that hangs to her knees. And her brown hair is in pinned in a messy bun.

"Sooo..." I say raising an eyebrow.

"How are you and Birdie getting along?"

I say shouldering my white pack over my crop-toped orange sweater.

"uh.. you are so lame!" She smiles widely.

"Lame or a great guesser?" I smile back as we walk outside.

" A great lame guesser. Plus I'm not the only one who likes someone" She elbows me in the gut giggling. I roll my eyes pushing down the blush rising to my cheeks.

"What makes you say that?" I Laugh as we near the parking lot.

"Um . . maybe the fact that every morning you drool over Loney."

"sure, you only say that because you want to tease me about someone"

"Maybe anyhow enough about boys we have to go" I roll my eyes again as I reach my motorcycle and Abby reaches her jeep.

"your coming over to my house right?" I ask pulling the helmet on.

"Well . . ya, but first can we stop some where first, please Kally"

  A hour and one stop at Rozmeres later were at my house sitting in my room, while she's on tick tock and I'm on Instagram. 

"Hey nice pic" I say seeing one with her and her dog.

"Oh my gosh, look who liked it" I say ignoring the annoyed look she gives me.

"tweet tweet!" I jump out of the way as she dives for my phone.  "Give it Kally!" She punches me on the arm. She scrambles over my jeans to pull the phone out of my hand. "I don't care that my boy- I mean Robin liked my photo" "Liar, liar" I yell pushing her off and jumping onto my bed, planting myself into the soft fabric the phone above my head where she couldn't reach it. "Spill"

"what do you mean Kally?" her face pulls into a smile her eyes gleaming.

"fine, don't care that he liked it? Then you wont care if I text him!" I quickly text him, "Thanks for the like birdie" Before tossing the phone back to a horror stuck Abby a smirk on my face. "Fine" she sighs and begins. "A few days ago when you were in New Orleans he asked me if after school if I wanted to go to a rodeo show. . . so were dating." I shriek and throw a pillow at her face grabbing another one and hitting her over and over with it.

"why . . didn't . . . you  . . tell  . . me!?"

I yell between wacks.

The laughing Abby turns over to avoid being hit.

"because your a teaser and it's not official" I sit back making sad puppy dog eyes. I'm about to say something when a voice makes me stop.

"Hello? anyone home?"

I know that voice, it's Loney. I turn back to Abby who has a smile on her face.
