{I Cut My Hair} Sal x Fem! Reader

Back story: Sal and (y/n) were BEST friends before Sal suddenly moved away. (y/n)'s parents wanted to move because of the bullying (y/n) was going through.
Readers Pov
It was finally the day I can move away from this shitty town. We were going to move to a place called Addison Apartments it looked good but not the best, I don't really care though. As I was packing my last box filled with stuff I saw a picture of me and Sal when were so little and it was before the dog... did what it did. We were so happy and oblivious, a tear rolled down my face thinking about what happened. "(Y/n)? Honey are you ready to go?" My mom was standing outside my door. I wiped my tears away before opening the door. "Yeah mom this I the last box." I shoved the picture of Sal and I into my (f/c) hoodie pocket. We loaded all the boxes into the care and drove to Nockfelt its a small town but I like it so far. I slept for mist of the car ride and woke up to my mother and father saying "(y/n). (y/n)? Wake up we are here!" I groaned Ang it out the car stretching my legs.

Still Reader Pov
I was saying hello to all my neighbors when I bumped inti a middle aged woman with dark brown hair mopping the 3rd floor, my apartment was apartment 403 (this takes place months after Sandersons death) "Hello ma'am I'm (y/n) (l/n) I'm new here!" I gave her a closed eyed smile. "Oh hello my name is Lisa I work here do if you have any problems just call me... hey I have a son that's looks to he around your age, his bar is Larry, also has a friend named Sal"! omg.. wait no it cant be him. "Here you will need a key card to get down ti my apartment, its in the basement." she handed me a key card, i thanked her and went to her apartment. On the way there i heard metal playing. Now these are my type of people. I knock on the door and say "Hello.. Larry? I'm (y/n) put mom said I should come down here and meet you."
Sals Pov (Sal: yay its my time to shine)
"Hello.. Larry? I'm (y/n) your mom said I should come down here and meet you." (y/n) I haven't heard that name in a while. WAIT (y/n). I looked at Larry as he told her "Doors open come on in" When she walked in i knew it was her (y/n) (l/n) my childhood best friend. I was sitting on the couch when I saw her run towards me "SAL!" she had happy tears rolling down her face
Readers Pov
I walked in and saw him, Sal Fisher the boy that I thought I would never see again. I jumped onto him giving him a big bear hug (a lar-bear hug aha, k I will continue) "SAL!" I had happy tears going down my face. "I missed you so much no one told me why you moved away" i Hughed him tighter as he hugged my waist letting me cry onto his shoulder. "I missed you too (y/n), I missed you alot" While all of this was happening Larry wad looking at us confused af. "Larry this is (y/n) THAT child hood friend I've told you about. I sat next to Sal on the couch and looked at Larry. "OOO the one you had a Cru-" "ANYWAY" Sal interrupted "(n/n) face how have you been?"A small blush went on my face, I've had a crush on Sal since we were kids.

Sals Pov
"Wow so everyone was bullying you because you because you were "ugly"? You are definitely not ugly I'm the ugly one after all i mean i have to wear this prosthetic to hide my face." I let her lay her head on my shoulder while she told me all of this. "T-thanks Sal and your not ugly, just different but in good way"
Larry laughed "Hey Sal remember when I first saw your face" he gave a small chuckle "How can I forget?"  "We were head banging do hard your mask flew off and got me in the nose, one I told you I wad fine why did you cry?" I looked at him and smiled "Its because you didn't look away" (y/n) then started giggling "Oh god (y/n) don't tell him" Thats when she looked me dead in the eye "I am, so Larry the first time I saw Sal without his mask on after... ya know... we were playing tag and he pulled on my hair so I went to rab his mask but as I was grabing it he slapped my hand away along with the mask" I changed the subject "soo (y/n) what school are you going to?" Larry was laughing his ass of at her story "Y-y-yeah *wheze* what s-school are you going *wheze* to" She smiled "Oh Nockfelt High."  "YES WE ARE GOING TO THE SAME SCHOOL" she kinda got startled but started laughing.
[}{] Time skip to 2 months later on sundae the day before (y/n)'s first day of school, Sal had been talking about Ash like crazy [}{]
Readers Pov START SONG
"Ash is so pretty" "Ash is so good at drawing" "Ash is good at singing "I Think I like Ash"   Sal has been ignoring me most of the time to hang out with Ash. Its sucks it really does. I go into the bathroom and grab a pair of scissors. I look up a video on how to cut long hair short. I follow all the instuctions and watch my (h/c) locks fall to the bathroom floor. (If you already have short hair ignore this)
Maybe this will get him to stop ignoring me. I know it sound selfish but I'm sick of being the second choice the second best. I mean I've always wanted short hair and my parents support my idea on cutting my hair, they dont know the actual reason though.
I cut my hair to make you stare
I clean up the mess I made and head to bed. tomorrow I get to see his reaction, I hope he likes it. I lay down and text Sal goodnight
(y/n): Hey Sal just wanted to tell you goodnight
2 hours later
My Blue Berry: Oh hey (y/n) sorry I didn't see your message I was hanging out with Ash.
I turn my phone off and drift to sleep
