Lost Love

Two people name Kami and Jacob are friends, they have been friends since they were little because of their parents. At one point they couldn't stand each other but going into the real world they knew that they could not live without each other.
Kami had been searching of a boyfriend but hasn't really found one yet. why you may ask? Well you may think just because Kami and Jacob are friends doesn't mean that they've never had feelings for each other.
Jacob always tries to protect Kami with everything that he can do. But somethings may go to far. 
Kami has been thinking of moving out of her parents house and go try to find a new place, when Kami told Jacob he did not like the idea of not having Kami around to protect her from everything bad in the world.
Jacob told Kami that he did not think that she should move away and that she should stay with him instead Kami didn't like the idea because they were so close of friends and she was trying to find a boyfriend.
The next day Kami was about to leave to go house hunting, before she left she noticed Jacob watching her from the window in the living room.
Kami wasn't sure that she liked it so she made sure to tell her parents what was going on before anything happens.
When Kami got back she found a note with a box labeled 'kami my love' she thought this was strange, she took the box and note inside and with her parents and new boyfriend opened the note to find a house key and a love letter next Kami opened the box she was shocked to find a huge engagement ring at the bottom of the box.
Kami and her boyfriend go to Jacob's house and start knocking at his door...no one answers. They start to worry, if he isn't here where could he possibly be?
Kami called the cops and had told them what he has been saying and doing they said that they would send some people to check it out and make sure everything is ok.
The police checked Jacob's house, no one was there then they checked Kami's house to make sure he wasn't hiding anywhere.
Jacob was officially nowhere to be found. Kami started getting worried for her safety not knowing what he was trying to do to her.
Two weeks have pasted since Jacob has gone missing Kami has gotten less scared to go outside and finally left the house for a day with her boyfriend.
Kami notices someone that she thinks she knows walking and calls out to them. It was Jacob! Kami turned to her boyfriend and whispered call the police they will know what to do.
Jacob looks at Kami in amazement not knowing what to say.
Finally he says "did you get my gift?"
Kami looks at him and slaps him in the face "what happened to you this is not the person I grew up with this is not my best friend."
Jacob looks at her and says "I love you Kami, I will always love you that's why I have been acting like this and I promise it was not meant to scare you I just wanted to tell you that I was moving out of town far away and that I love you so much."
Kami looks at him while she is mad and says "you could have said bye in person not say it in a stalker type of way."
Jacob tells Kami that he must go and that he will always love her no matter what happens between them.
That day Kami had learned that she had the slightest of feelings for him and that she would try to forget about him as time goes on.
