Steve After our bath we ended up making love again and I held her as close to me as I could. I don't think I could ever let her go honestly. I felt like after the missions me and the team went on that it was like me coming home from work to our home and I had a loving woman at home.
I felt so loved.
I got up and decided to make breakfast for us both. And when I'm almost done I see my girl walking down the stairs in just my tshirt. I smile as she rubs her eyes and I see her hair all messy, she still looks beautiful.
"Morning doll".
"Morning hun".
I kissed her lips.
"I have breakfast made for us".
"Yum I love your cooking".
"Thank you sweetheart".
We sat down and ate and I think we ended up kissing more than eating, which I'm sure she didn't mind I know I didn't.
Then I heard my phone ringing. I grab it out of my sweats and I answer it.
"Hello?"
"Yeah you and Athena need to come in today we gotta talk about the next mission".
"Alright we'll be there soon".
"We gotta go don't we?" She asked.
"Yeah, unfortunately"
We finished eating and then headed upstairs to get dressed and then we head out.
When we get there we head up to Fury's office.
"So glad you could join us you two". We sat across from each other.
"So first off I have carefully considered it and Athena will be joining you all on missions".
I looked across the table and looked at her.

I don't know how I felt about it but she was really smart. She looked at me kinda nervous and I mouthed we'll talk later.
The rest of the time it was about us doing another mission soon.
