The bell rung
Tyler was walking to class backpack on, red eye contacts in. He already knew today was going to be a bad day, he missed the bus his mom had to take him to school fussing the whole way. He was so caught up in his day dreaming that he didn't realize
He walked right into the new kid, what was his name? Jim? John? Something like that. He just looked at him "I'm am so so sorry." Josh said "It's fine" Tyler said attempting to walk away. Josh stopped him and walked in front of him "I'm josh by the way." He said as he smiled the biggest smile. "Tyler" okay this kid was kinda getting annoying, especially since Tyler wasn't used to talking to people this long. He started to walk again but josh stopped him. Once again. "Hey I'm sorry I keep stopping you but I really like your eyes and really.. everything about you, you're beautiful ." Tyler just stood there blushing, how could he blush when a new kid he didn't even know compliments him??
"Oh- uhh thanks I guess.." Tyler said shyly "You should text me sometime."
Josh gave him his number
Maybe today wouldn't be so bad
He walked to his first class and sat down, smiling lightly.
Guess who walked in behind him? Josh.
And what did josh do? Sat right beside him, pearly whites out smiling brightly at Tyler. The other kids never liked Tyler he was 'to emo' or 'a fag' always calling him names because he was different but josh,Josh was different for some reason he knew josh wasn't going to hurt him.
The kids behind them leaned in josh's ear saying "You know the kid beside you is a fag,right? You should come back here and sit with us." Josh turned around shocked at what they had just said
Tyler was used to it.
"How about, no. Just because someone is gay gives you NO right to call them those mean names, so what if he's gay, I am to."
No ones ever stuck up for Tyler like that it was so strange
The kids just scoffed and continued talking.
"Thank you, honestly." "You're welcome."
