I was running through the meadow as he was trying to catch the football that Maxx had thrown violently. In the midst of spinning I looked at Ashes, I loved the way that the sun bounced of her brown hair. Right then she looked at me, she was worried. THWAP! I was hit square in the face, he fell to the ground agonizing in pain.
"Are you okay?" Asked Ashes followed by "Man you could of caught that" from Maxx. "Shut up Maxx, he's hurt!" Jason loved the way she got so defensive for him. "No I'm fine" I said as I got up. Football was one of my favourite sports. It was one of the only things I can do now.
Moments later, Jason's mom called "Kids you should come inside its getting dark!" Me and my friends walked closer to Hearthwallow cave. (Which is the place they stay) Once they got inside they found there families warming up by the fire, "Okay ButterFingers" Maxx said as they walked in.
By the look on there face it seemed they weren't here to talk sports and fun, they were here to talk serious business.
