Next time Sunshine tells me 'No', ima listen to him.

My reason for this particular 'No' is different than his however.

Sunshine didn't want me to come here because of all the unknown men which will undoubtedly want to get a touch.

Pft, I mean c'mon, who wouldn't?

I now don't want to come here because of all the known men which I haven't seen in ten years. I didn't rebel against Sunshines orders to keep that hood up as the thin piece of black fabric was my only shield of outing our family and we would be on the radar again, only this time for a wider community.

Turning my attention away from my fears, I looked back at the ring that was right in front of me. Sunshine went by the name of Sinister.

Completely different from the nickname I gave him as I take a mental not to scold him on that.

Despite his disgrace of a name, he was an excellent fighter. His technique was clean and skilled and after a minute of being in the ring with his opponent, he had him figured out to the last knuckle he'd move.

The damage Sunshine was doing to this guy was visible on his face as it gushed with blood however Sunshine injuries were not visible to the eye though I doubt there was many under that mask.

His opponent took a jab at Sunshine again which only resulted in Sunshine blocking it and taking control which sent them both to the ground. Sunshine straddled him and punched his face mercilessly.

Most girls would turn their head in disgust, not wanting to see the demons that belonged to their friend come out to play. Though I watch in awe.

I know, creepy.

I was raised in a house with eight gentlemen and I myself was raised as a lady, though everything turned the opposite direction when my parents were no longer in the picture and we didn't have a role model to look up to as we only focused on survival which turned us into the dangerous people that shamefully find watching the sight before me impressive and attractive.

"Still finding this amusing Evaléna?"

That voice.

I didn't react just yet as I wasn't fully sure who I was dealing with. Judging by the feminine voice it has to be female. I took a glance through the corner of me eye to try and get a peek of the womans face but this fucking hood was a pain in the ass. I squinted my eyes and dropped my gaze but caught sight of something else. The familiar tattoo of the Knight that was in the back of her hand was enough, symbolising the Smith family crest.

"Marley Smith, i didn't think introverts showed up to these things" I muttered as I trained my gaze on Sunshine who was now on his feet as well as his opponent.

She chuckled darkly "Well freaks like Rosen Gray aren't suppose to fight in these things either, guess we're both feeling rebellious" I clenched my fists and jaw at her comment with an underlying tone of smugness.

"Rebellious, huh? Hey, wasn't your father feeling rebellious? So sad what become of his snotty attitude then. I do hope you weren't a daddy's girl, were you?"
