Today was one of those days, where I wish I was homeschooled.
Trust me; High school is just my personal hell hole. I get bullied by the head cheerleader, Stephany Charles, which doesn't make much sense especially since I'm on the cheer team. Considering the fact that I'm the flyer I wouldn't be surprised if her and her Barbie dolls purposely didn't catch me, and just snickered and watched me wallow in pain... It's happened before.
In Highschool, I feel like I'm surrounded by idiots. Some days I wish I could just wear a shirt that says 'I hate all you bitches', but I can't, I haven't found one yet.
Currently I've just been lying in bed thinking about the events that could occur today, on my first day to my Junior year of high school at Waters Oak high school. It's been about 10 minutes since my alarm clock sounded off at 6:35, signaling for me to wake up, but instead of choosing to get up and actually start getting ready, I'm sitting here criss-cross applesauce in my baggy ' Nirvana' t-shirt and underwear, looking around my room, with my two dogs laying beside me growling at any single sound they hear.
Now, I know that 'looking around my room' may sound like really boring, but let's just say my room is huge. It had two double doors leading out to the balcony in my back yard, a 48in plasma tv plastered on my wall, directly in front of my King sized bed with black and white circled comforter over it, and hovering over my black 8 draw dresser, a walk in closet packed with sweatshirts mostly, a connected bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, a large window towards the right of my room that currently had black curtains shielding the light, and floors coated with black carpet. My four bedroom walls were painted black with pink and white strips coming down in a fluent pattern and a diamond coated crown bordering each wall. My family was rich, and it was just My mother, little brother, older sister, twin sister, and me. Oh yeah, my twin sister, Ariana August, she was in my room too. Her bed was next to mine, with a side dresser separating our bed with a black lamp, a house phone, an alarm clock, and an iPod Dock resting on top. Sadly, she snores..loudly. My little brother, Aden August who's 9 years old, was in the room across from ours, which was on the opposite side of the house, meaning he got the front yard view. My sister and I had to get the bedroom in the back of the house, since we always share a room, and it was the 2nd largest room next to our mothers. Aden's room was large enough to hold all the play stations, video games, and any other stuff boys like, so he was fine with it. Aden had light brown-blonde curly hair, light brown skin, grey eyes, an endless amount of freckles, and a dimple in his left cheek, he's adorable to say the least, but could get really annoying. My older sister, Ariella August who's 19 years old (only two years older), was in the bedroom beside mine, the 3rd largest bedroom, but to be honest all the bedrooms were fairly huge. Ariella was 5'6, had long, curly died black hair that stopped mid-back with died light blue streaks, light brown skin, grey eyes, nose piercing, tongue piercing, and dimples in her chin. She wasn't goth or emo or anything, she just loved the color black. My twin sister, Ariana August, was 5'3, had long light brown-blonde curly hair with the tips died teal that stopped a little past mid-back but above the waist, light brown skin, grey eyes, nose piercing, belly piercing, 3 ear piercings each ear, and she had no dimples or freckles. Now, me? I was the complete opposite of all my family members, going from eye color to hair color to hair texture to skin tone, and even to first letter of the name! I was just... Horribly different. Myself, Genesis August, all my other family members name start with 'A', but me? G! Goddamn G! I was 5'2, had long wavy dark brown hair with the tips died neon pink and turquoise that went past my waist. Dark brown hair? Yeah, I said dark brown! I'm a brunette! Wavy hair? Yeah, I said wavy hair, not super soft curly blondish hair like the rest of my family, but wavy brown hair, like.. Beach waves wavy. Hair past my waist? Uh yah, I have the longest hair out of my family, and I don't know what I did differently to have it that long, plus my mother doesn't want to cut it to the length of my sisters, even though it could make a pretty damn good wig! To add on to the characteristics that differentiate me from my family, my eye color? Blue! Not a pale grey like the rest of my family, but blue, like a blueish greenish type color, it's pretty don't get me wrong, probably the only thing I like about myself, but it's like some weird type of genetic mutation. The list goes on. I have freckles on my cheeks, nose, and a couple beauty marks near my eyes. My brother and I are the only ones in our family with freckles, luckily I don't have as many as him. I'm also the only one in my family who has dimples in both my cheeks..yay ( sense the sarcasm). I have a nose piercing, belly piercing, and 5 ear piercings per ear, 3 on the bottom base and 2 on the top part where it curves. Last thing about me that still blows my mind and just pisses me off even more.. My skin color. My entire family is generally made up of whites( Mother) , biracials( both), Portuguese/Black( Father), and Great Brits( Mother). The Portuguese portion of my family have a light brown, caramel type skin color. The White portion of my family have a pale complection, like porcelain white.. So I'm the only one in which that mixture comes out. My skin color is tan, not like really light brown, but tan. At first sight I don't look biracial, I look white, I'm not complaining, it's just another thing that separates me from the rest of my family and siblings. Other then the, skin color, eye color, hair color, hair texture, and junk. I still look like my family I guess, we all have that slim complexion with curves in all the right places, skinny wrist, the same eye shape, the same head shape, and the same medium sized rounded nose. I'm still identical to my identical twin, it's just those distinctive features that separate us, but it's not hard to tell we're twins.
