The auto rickshaw driver was in hurry - only in his mind, realizing the fact he is stuck in unbearable traffic. Irritated by the fact that he need to go ahead in traffic only to take U turn, he was still getting ahead with the snail flow.
Traffic policemen were handling such complex traffic with ease and grace. What's complex for civilians is daily routine for them.
As the auto driver reached a bit ahead, his excitements were increasing and patience was decreasing, creating a perfect Negative Correlation. As soon as he reached to end of traffic, he was getting more and more excited to accelerate and speedup his vehicle.
The moment he reached the circle, and was about few steps away from taking a U turn, he heard a scream by his vehicle's generic name – "Hey, Rickshaw!" He turned his left to figure out who is the person and what message is he trying to convey to him. It was a traffic policeman.
As soon as he sees who the person is, his face loses all excitements of getting ahead in traffic and already surrendered himself to reality that he will anyway get late. He quickly started thinking whether he broke any traffic rule and also tick marked in his mind the list of all necessary documents that he carries to drive an auto rickshaw.
He was thinking he would be called by policeman anytime now. But to his surprise the man was pointing with his index finger to tell him go in straight direction and then take bigger right turn so the result would be a U Turn may be just slight bigger! But all auto driver could grasp was going away straight after taking over the vehicle next to his auto that would result in going once again a long way to find the next diversion/circle to take U Turn.
Aren't we the same auto drivers in real life??
We work hard enough to reach towards something/someone, but when are close to it we lose patience. When we are so close to our desired goals, we fail to finish it off in grace. And when someone guides us in our last stroke for hitting it to our goal, we get our ego hurt. Which only pushes the goal away further only to wait again and leaving ourselves frustrated.
