My Best Friend Tyler

“Row C please broad” The lady says. That’s me and I get up grab my bag and go get in line. 

“Ticket please” The lady says…”Excuse me I need your ticket “

“Oh sorry” I said as I hand her my ticket.

“Enjoy your flight,” She sounded so annoyed with me. I’m finally moving to L.A and is just a little stressed out. But who wouldn’t since I’m flying alone.  I get on the plane put my bag in the little compartment above and sit in my seat. Awesome, I think to myself. I have the window seat and I wait to see whom the wonderful person who gets to sit next to me.  I stare down at my phone and see someone was next to me. I look up to see what this person looked like and I couldn’t believe whom I was sitting next to… Tyler Oakley. He looks at me says hello and gives me a strange look

“Let me guess you know who I am?” Tyler says.

“Uh YES” I say a little to loud “Of course I know who you are”

He laughs “Well what’s your name, if I’m going to be sitting next to a fan the on this long flight I should at least know that” He says.

“Oh haha yeah! My name is Stephanie but you can call me Steph” I put my hand out to shake.  He shakes my hand.

“I would give you a hug but it’s a little hard to do that on a plane” Tyler says.

“Yeah that would be a little difficult, I had no idea you were in Michigan.” I say.

“Oh yeah I was visiting family for a few days, do you live in Michigan? Are you going on vacation?” He asked me

“Yeah I guess I lived in Michigan now. I’m moving but I really didn’t think this through very well. I’m going to L.A with no place to even live yet. I told him. Before he could respond the flight attendant told everyone to put on are seat belts and told us all the safety stuff they always have to say on every single flight. After she is done talking the plane starts to move. Tyler must have looked at me “Are you scared or something?” He asked.

“Kind of I just don’t fly that much this is my 3rd time on a plane like this.” I told him.

“Well its going to okay I promise they are never bad for me. He said as the plane starts to get a little faster and I grab my armrests. Tyler grabs my hand. Its going to be okay he is the best part” He said and the plane starts to come of the ground and we are climbing up into the sky. Tyler lets go of my hand. “See that wasn’t to bad was it?” He asks

“No it wasn’t to bad” I say and let out a big deep breath.

“Anyways, You said you have no place to live?” He asked me.

“Yeah I thought doing that when I get there would be a good idea but then I forgot to book a hotel and I have no idea how to get around L.A at all, I’m just a big crazy mess.” I told him

“Well I have room at my place if you need to figure things out and I can help you out, plus I’m guessing if you know me you know most other YouTube’s” He says.

“You would do that for a person you just met and know nothing about! And yes you name one I probably watch them.” I told him.

“Well I know two things you are from Michigan and you like YouTube’s so there’s something also I know your name,” He said.

“You are true well I guess we have a long flight to get to know each other!” I said.

“Yeah so tell me about yourself then” He said.

“Well I’m 18 years old and just graduated from high school and wanted to move far not sure why but I did.  Hopefully I will be able to find out exactly what I want to do with my life. I always wanted to become a YouTube but my parents would always make fun of me so I would never do it.”  I said.

“Wow sounds like you could use my help then. Well if you wanted to be a YouTube I can help you become one it you want, and now since your parents wont be here to make fun of you, you can make all the videos you want, plus I can show you how to edit.” Tyler told me.

“You would really do that for me?” I asked.

“Why not I think it would be kind of fun” Tyler said.  One of the flight attendants stopped by us to see what we wanted to drink so we told her and she was of to the next row.
