  I am Y/N Lilay, from the Lilay family. Yes, the second richest family in the world. One might think I'm lucky but it's just a name.

  Since I was 12, I started to live alone when a little sister came into my life. They were always bias towards her but regardless I always tried my best to please them.

  However it didn't work, they decided to make me live apart from them. It wasn't that bad, I was living comfortably with all my expenses covered.

  There is just one thing that I didn't have, family love and the reason for that is just I'm a adopted child.

  But today changes everything. My mother suddenly called me out to a cafe to meet after 6 years of no contact.

  I woke up bright and early to choose one of the best dress I had. Even though it might not be the prettiest, but it's still a gift from my mother. I treasured it.

  I was skipping down the road to the cafe to meet my mother. My heart beating fast as I was excited to see her.

  After 6 years, are they finally going to take me back home? A thought of it made me smile brightly. I have never felt so happy before.

  I found a comfortable seat in the cafe and waited patiently for my mother to come.

  And finally, the long awaited appearance of hers' came. When I saw her, I waved my hands in the air as my eyes sparkled with joy.

  My mother was beautiful after so many years. I almost couldn't recognise her.

  She walked towards me with a concerned eye. I was wondering why. She elegantly sat down and started to talk to me.

  "How are you? "

  "How is school? "

  "Ho-"

  ... ...

  I could tell that she wanted to ask me so much more questions but she suddenly stopped.

  I couldn't feel any happier than this. It's been so long and she actually cares about me.

  Tears started streaming down my cheeks in twin rivulets. I was so happy that I cried.

  I quickly wiped away my tears and started to answer her questions.

  "I'm fine and school has been great. I scored distinctions for all my exams and aced it. I got firstplave every year too! "

"Re-really..? I'm glad then... " she replied

  "So why did you call me out today? "

  "I-i shall get straight to the point then. "

  She searched in her expensive bag and took out a piece of document. I was excited, is she finally going to bring me back home?

  After all these years of studying and working hard to get first place finally going to pay off.

  She gently placed the paper onto the table. With two words coming out of her mouth : I'm sorry...

  I tilted my head in confusion and dreadfully looked down onto the paper.

  As I saw the five words that I never wanted to see, Parents - child relationship cut-off statement.

  "Wha- what's the meaning of this mum, did you take out something wrong? Or did I do something wrong? Please tell me, I'll do anything I can to change! "

"It's exactly what it says Y/N... " she replied.

"Why, why are you doing this to me, you can do anything to me but not this! "
