"¡Bienvenido a Puerto Rico!"

Three weeks had passed and I finally had ten days off at work. I was currently packing my suitcase because the next day, I was going to fly to Puerto Rico. Frantically, I was looking through my closet to find my bikini. It had been a while since I had been at the beach, so I couldn't remember where I had put it. "Cia!" I yelled, after literally emptying my whole closet. "Yeah?" she asked as she walked into my room. "Do you know where I put my bikini?" I asked frustrated. "Uh, no, but I'll check my closet. Maybe I accidentally put it in there after washing it." she offered, shrugging. I nodded and continued to pick out clothes for my trip. "Sorry, it's not in there either, but I found one that my parents sent me. I never wear it, you can have it if you want to." I heard from behind me. I turned around to look at her. She had a dark red bikini in her hands. "Why do you never wear it?" I asked, taking it from her. "My parents sadly picked the wrong size, but it's way too pretty to throw it away." she explained. "Thanks, Cia. I'll go and try it on." I informed her, before walking into the bathroom. The bikini was exactly my size and it looked really nice.

I had eight hours of flying ahead of me. Thank God, I had brought enough books for me to read. Also, I had brought a Spanish dictionary because I wanted to learn Benito's mother tongue. He had told me that his brothers did speak English, but it probably wouldn't harm me to know how to ask for directions. It was five o'clock in the morning and I was extremely tired, so it wasn't long until I dozed off. We were supposed to land at around 5:00pm. When I woke up the next time, we were landing in Miami. Our stop took about an hour to gas and to let passengers board and others get off. Only about two and a half hours more to go. The rest of the flight, I spent with either reading or watching new episodes of my favorite shows. Right when we were about to land, I looked out of the window; the view was incredible. The beach didn't seem too far away from the airport and the sun was shining, making the ocean look turquoise. Ten minutes later, the plane was rolling up to a terminal. I stretched, when the passengers were finally allowed to exit the plane. I immediately turned my phone on to tell Benito that I had landed.

Conejo🐰❣️: My driver is going to pick you up, I'm not done at the studio yet...

He had sent that message only about half an hour before. Smiling, I went to get my luggage. There was only one exit towards the cab stalls, so it didn't take me long to find Luis, Benito's driver. I knew him, he had also driven him around in LA. "¡Bienvenido a Puerto Rico! Let me help you with that." he greeted me, immediately reaching out for my suitcase. I was a little surprised about the heat. LA was hot as well, but this was a different kind of heat; it was a heavy heat whereas in LA it was usually a dry one. Luckily, I had decided to wear shorts and only a top for the flight. After Luis had put my luggage into the trunk, he opened the car door for me. We drove off into the city. "Mr. Ocasio lives on the other side of the city." Luis informed me, while I was staring out of the window. I pulled my phone out to tell Benito that I was on my way.

Bonita🌺💞: I'm on my way! 😇

After that I put my phone away and went back to looking out of the window. Sure, San Juan was just a city, like any other in this world, but to me, it was so different though. I had never been to Latin America before, so everything was so exciting and new for me. "How long are we gonna drive?" I asked Luis, still staring out of the window. "Depends on the traffic, but we shouldn't take longer than about an hour. I'm sure Mr. Ocasio is going to be home by then." he answered, smiling. I nodded, admiring all of the people that were on the streets. We passed houses where kids were playing soccer on the sidewalk, old people were sitting together on the streets, laughing at each other and there were graffitis on nearly every wall that we drove by. The girls were wearing short clothes, but almost all of them looked extremely pretty. When we stopped at a red light, Luis pointed at a supermarket. "Mr. Ocasio worked there, before he became a singer and his parents' house isn't far from here either." he explained. "He worked at a supermarket?" I questioned, looking away from the building. "Yes, and at the beach down the street, he would always meet up with his friends to either play soccer or basketball." he continued. "How long have you known him for?" I wanted to know. "Ever since he was ten, I'm a friend of his family. Before he offered me this job, I struggled to find one, so one day he asked me to become his driver." Luis told me. "That's nice of him." I commented, looking back out of the window. "That's just how he is; always taking care of his people." I heard Luis say. Meanwhile, the light had turned green and we had already started driving again.

We pulled up at driveway to a huge house; no scratch that, it was a mansion. A blue Lamborghini was parked right in front of the stairs that led up to the entrance. As I was getting out of the car, Benito came running down those stairs. He was wearing a white shirt and blue basketball shorts. Before I could even turn around, he had hugged me. The hug was tight and he lifted me up in the air. "¡Te extrañé! I missed you so much!" he exclaimed before placing a kiss onto my lips. "I missed you, too." I giggled, when we broke the kissed. Benito picked my suitcase up as soon as Luis had put it out of the trunk. He tanked him, then took my hand and led me up the stairs. I gasped, when we entered the house; it was furnished modernly. "Come on, I wanna show you around before Nicky comes over." Benito said, walking through the entrance hall. "Nicky?" I asked confused. "A friend of mine. He's also a musician and said he wanted to stop by and say hello." he explained as he led me up the staircase. I nodded, following him and still looking around. "So, this is where we're gonna sleep for the next six nights." he said, when we entered a light flooded room with a huge king size bed in the middle. "Wow." I blurted out, looking around in the room. "You can put your clothes into the closet over there. I emptied one side, just for you." Benito told me, pointing at the walk-in closet to his right. "The bathroom is down the hallway, the first door on the left." he continued to explain as I started to unpack my suitcase. "What are we gonna do today?" I wanted to know while putting my T-Shirts on one of the shelves in the closet. "Well, you're gonna meet some of my friends. My brothers are going to come over tomorrow at around lunch time because we're gonna have a BBQ." he replied, smiling at me. When I was done with unpacking, Benito pulled me in for a kiss, but we were interrupted by the doorbell ringing.
