I hide behind the small menu hoping that I won't be seen.

"Tors what are you doing."

I shush him and continue hiding behind the menu. I was having a good evening you know reuniting with my best friend. That was until some evil devil had to ruin it. Mason.

"Tori?"

I didn't respond to Jason

"Vicki?"

I still kept my mouth shut

"Victoria!" He shouted

And I threw the menu at his head "SHUT UP YOU PIG OF A BEST FRIEND!"

He just chuckle and I sigh.

"Victoria?" I hear a voice calling my name and I cringe Great just great... Now I have to talk to "Mason? What are you doing here?" My voice was a pitch higher and uncomfortable.

"Just here eating with a friend, you?" He looks over my shoulder and glares at Caleb.

I huff "I am here with a friend as well."

"Oh really?" His voice stated that he didn't believe me.

I nod "Yeah he is my best friend Jason introduce yourself."

Jason stands up and walks over to Mason and puts out a hand "Hey I am Jason."

Mason narrows his eyes and shakes his hand. And then it was silent no one had anything to say well that was until Jason's phone rang and I held in a roar of laughter at the song that was playing.

"I love you, you love me we're a happy family with them big big hu---"

Jason immediately answered the phone while glaring at me and I smile mouth "Guilty"

"I got to take this." Jason walks out of the shop leaving me with Mason. I stiffly turn to Mason and glare "What was that really."

He shrugs "I know that he isn't your bestfriend."

"How exactly do you know that? Huh?"

"I just do I mean you are a hot girl and he'd be gay if he didn't like you."

I smirk "So you like me? That is a step closer to love."

He looks towards the ground and I start laughing "Did I just leave THE Mason speechless?" He immediately looks up his face so serious. I got lost in his brown eyes and I couldn't look away, I never seen Mason serious. In fact I never seen Mason without a smirk or a smile on his face, I don't know anything about him. I don't know where he is from, what he does after school, his age, his birthday, hell I don't even know his middle name.

Jason comes back in and hands me a piece of paper. I read it

Caleb shrugs "Bring Mason if you want."

I at that moment wanted to punch the shit out of him

"I would love to go." Mason says for me and I glare at him as he walks and sits down on my table.

Jason brings me into a comfortable embrace "You know I like you going back to yourself. I hated that sulky nerdy clothe it reminded me of the first time I saw you."

I nod sadly "But I have to admit those clothe are so much more comfy then these heels."

He chuckles "Well bye see you soon."

"Kay bye." The minute he is out the door my phone chimes

It didn't seem that way to me and trust me I will find out who he is.

I roll my eyes

Drive safely and stop texting me

The texts stopped and I smile happily

"I have a question."

I smirk "That means I get another question."

He nods "Who are you right now? The nerdy good girl or the dangerously bad rebel."

"I-" I pause for a moment "I guess I am both right now."

"How are you both?"

I used to be just good, and then I turned bad after a break up. Now I don't know anymore. After the guy I thought I loved took money for a bet, I didn't give him time to explain and I left.

"But how---"

I cut him off "My turn to ask the question, tell me about your family."

His eyes darkens "I don't-- I don't have any."
