You're not so kind looking.
I search your face for any kind of expression but it's so dark here I can hardly see.
I switch on the light and turn to face you again.
Nothing has changed from the last time we met.
You still carry that sad look.
You still look down as if you're afraid to make eye contact.
You dont even smile when you see me.
Who has hurt you? How can I fix you?
I step back from the mirror and switch the lights back off.
It's dark again.
Nothing but the whites of your eyes gleam from the glass.
Maybe things will be different tomorrow.
