Catching Cold

The next day I woke up sneezing like crazy. Yep I have a cold. I think.

"Mar? Breakfast is ready." Mom said while knocking on my door.

"I'll be out in a bit." I sneezed. I went to do my daily routine then went out for breakfast. 

"Morning." I sneezed again. 

"I'll make you some tea." Mom said before going to the kitchen.

"This is what happens when you go for a swim at night." Dad chuckled.

"I had fun." I smiled.

"Here's your tea." Mom said while placing the tea on the table then gave me a hug.

"Thanks mom. Hopefully this cold goes away fast."

Later that day I was still with my beautiful cold. A box of tissues and tea were next to me. There was a knock on the door, I went to open it and it was Stefano.

"Since you're having a cold, figure chicken soup would do you wonder."

"You're the best." I said while walking with him to the table.

"Sorry you caught a cold cause of me." He said sheepishly.

"It wasn't your fault. Plus I had a great time with you yesterday." I smiled and he smiled back.

I ate the soup and it was delicious. After eating we went to the couch and I put a movie then snuggled to him. For some reason this felt natural.

"You know, this can also work as a second date." He said while interlacing our fingers, I just chuckled.

"Works for me. I like simple things."

"Good to know, principessa."

Monday morning Came and I was still with my cold. At this point I couldn't smell anything. That's how bad this cold has hit me. I wasn't in the mood for anything, but had to go to school.

I went the most lazy I've ever been. I put on a sweater a legging and my sneakers. Stefano picked me up. That was a plus I had no energy to drive. Once we arrived we walked hand in hand. People were looking at us and Rachel was fuming. Eh.

"I'm going to grab my books. I'll be back In a bit." He said before leaving.

"I told you he was off limits. He's mine." She huffed.

"He's not an object. And he's not yours, I mean as I recall I was the one who went on a date with him on Saturday. He's a great kisser." I smirked.

"You're gonna pay so hard." She screamed before leaving.

"Crazy puttana." I rolled my eyes.

"So you only know the bad words." Stefano chuckled. "Well, they're very important." I retorted.

"Of course they are." He laughed. We went to class.

Lunch came and this where drama hit. You would think people at their age would be more mature.

I was talking to my friends, then out of nowhere, Someone threw pasta on my hair.

"Oops." I turned to see Rachel. I was beyond pissed. Not only was I having a bad cold, but on top of that I have to deal with her shenanigans. I stood up and grabbed her by the hair.

"You're hurting me you savage!"

"Strike three." I punched her and slapped her. "Stop coming after me. Get it through your hollow head, Stefano doesn't like you, he doesn't want anything to do with you. He's dating me. Cappisce?" With that said I let her go and she ran out of the cafeteria.

"Show's over." I said while sitting in the table.

"You realized you're gonna get in trouble right?" Autumn said.

"I know. But that was strike three, get the hint puta, he's not interested in you." I rolled my eyes. They just chuckled.

Stefano leaned in and whispered, "that was so hot." I couldn't help but blush.

"Aww, looks like our little Mar is finally in the dating path. And soon a relationship and so on." Allie faked a sniffle. Drama queen. 

"I'm gonna face hell at home. If I don't make it, just know you're all important to me." I faked fainting in Stefano's arms. They laughed. 

After school Stefano took me home. "I would kiss you, but, chances are you're gonna catch a cold too."

"Don't worry. When you're better I'll kiss you very passionate, and a little rough. Which by the way is the way you kiss. You drive me crazy with those lips." He smirked.

"Soon." I giggled. I waved him goodbye and he waited till I was inside to take off.

As soon as I entered the house, I was in deep trouble. Good luck me.
