Recap:
“Alright, go to the car first I am going to go say bye to Sam” William walks off to his 2008 Toyota Prius.
I walk to Sam.
“Bye Sam text me about our date.” I hand him my phone number on it and went inside the car.
Sam’s POV
It feels a good relief asking Wendy out.
I drove home happy. As I got to my front house, I got my keys and unlock the door.
I am greeted by my dog Buster, he is a beagle.
I walk to the kitchen smelling my mom’s lasagna.
“Hey mom what smells so good here? Guess what?” I said while my mom is smiling.
“What... Don’t tell me you asked that girl who has that little crush on you out, right? She said while giggling.
“Yep” While popping the “P”
“AHHHH… my baby is growing up!” sometimes mom makes me feel like a baby still.
I chuckle and went upstairs to put my book bag away. Which reminds me I need to text Wendy?
To: Wendy
“I can’t wait for our date.”
Fr: Wendy
“When is it? :)”
To: Wendy
“This Friday night at 7pm?”
Fr: Wendy
“Sure sounds good, can’t wait. I got to go bye boyfriend”
I felt like I was daydreaming right now, I am so lucky.
“SAM DINNER” I hear mom calling me.
---* After dinner*---
“So Sammy I hear you got a girlfriend?” Dad asked me.
“Yes sir, I did.”
“What grade is she in, should I be concern? Do I need to contact her parents?”
