Chapter Ten: Mother and Ian

"Did I hear that correctly?" We heard Luke ask. "Yup. You did. Austin is Rachel's brother." I replied. "Had a feeling that something was wrong with this bitch." Aliza mumbled. "We have to tell Blade. He needs to know the truth." Naomi suggested.

*Blade's POV*

I decided to head out of the gym while Rachel was doing her yoga. I didn't want to be near her at the moment. I went back to the pack so we could talk more about Ian getting kidnapped. I wonder if the people who kidnapped him know that he's a vampire. Do they know? Is that why they kidnapped him? Are the people who are doing this trying to hurt me or get back at me for some reason?

*Juliette's POV*

"We all know that Rachel is not going to be happy about this." Renee spoke. "What choice do we have?" Ty answered. "If he finds out that we kept this from him, he will have a vampire fit. And we do not want to see our leader upset." Ty's back was still turned around. "I'm just gonna say it. Who the fuck gives a shit about Rachel. We're gonna tell Blade, and no one is going to stop us." Remi snapped. "I'll tell him!" I declared. Remi smiled while we all were surrounded by an awkward silence.

"Sounds like a plan." Jaden said.

The door then just opened, revealing Blade with a towel on his shoulder. I turned the screen away so all of the vampires can look. "Juliette, you're here." he smiled, relieved that I decided to come back. I stared at his face, with a blank expression. "I'm sorry if I snapped at you like that. I was crazy." he said while he ran up to me. He took his my hands into his, which only caused me to pull them away slowly. "You hurt me, Blade. You accused me too quickly, when you know that as your girlfriend, I would never do something like that to you. I respect and love you so much." Tears started to well up in my eyes.

"I know what I did was a mistake, and I'm really sorry." He cupped my cheek with his right hand. He then touched his forehead with mine. "I hope you could forgive me. What I did was wrong, and I have no excuse for my actions." he whispered to me. Him saying this to me, caused me to wrap my arms around him and pull him into a tight hug. I kissed his cheek while he rested his head on my shoulder.

"Enough, already!" We heard a girl screech. We all saw the magnificent sight of Rachel. We all groaned and I rolled my eyes. "Remember what I said Rachel, and I mean it." Blade warned her, sternly. Blade told her something? What did he tell her?

I saw Aliza roll her eyes out of the corner of my eye. I don't blame her for doing that. "We did find one person that could've kidnapped Ian." Paige spoke, while she turned the screen to show Blade while the vampires turned away. "Who is that?" Blade questioned. I saw that Rachel got tense. "This is Austin. He's-"

"Juliette's friend." Rachel interrupted me. Everyone squinted their eyes. "Okay! Enough's enough!" Remi hissed. She then shifted into a vampire. I quickly turned the screen away. "He is Rachel's brother!" Remi yelled. Paige, Renee, Naomi all looked at her with wide eyes. I saw Rachel give Remi a dirty look, like she was about to suck all of her blood out. "Lies!" Rachel screamed.

"Enough!" Blade shouted, while he then shifted into a vampire. "Arguing like this is not going to help anybody! If we want to save Ian, then we need to fucking cooperate!" I saw Blade's eyes turn red. "Where is Austin?" he asked me, calmly. I went over to the screen and started to track Austin's cell. My eyes got wide. I looked at Blade, I felt myself starting to shift. "He's street your house." I replied, slowly. I quickly turned the big screen off, then that's when I shifted. Blade screeched loudly, calling other...members?

I quickly looked all around me, seeing a whole bunch of dark vampires, their eyes black, hair messy and their mouth covered in black. "What the fuck?!" I screeched. "Oh yeah, did we forget to mention that we had extras?" Paige asked, rhetorically. I slightly rolled my eyes. They decide to let me know now.

-Blade and Ian's home-

It was now night time. The stars were out, and the sky was a beautiful navy blue. SMASH! Blade had kicked open his door so we could all get in. "Father!" Blade called, running into the living room, seeing him died to a chair and tap covering his mouth. All of the other vampires scattered around the house. Blade quickly untied his father and ripped the tape off of his mouth, causing him to screech in pain. "Did Austin do this to you?" I asked, worriedly. "I don't know. There was a whole group here. They were all wearing masks." Spike explained.

"Hey! The whole place is cleared. But we did find this." Naomi ran up to us and showed a flower hair clip. I gently grabbed the hair clip from her and analyzed it, carefully. I turned around so Spike and Blade could see the clip. Spike's eyes got wide, they started to well up with tears, then he shifted. "THAT'S MY WIFE'S CLIP!" he shouted, making the whole house shake. Blade shook his head. I saw his knuckles turn white, from clenching them so hard. "WHAT DO THEY WANT?!" Blade screamed, causing everything to fall and break. He fell to his knees, holding his head in his hands. I went over to him and brought him into my arms.

"We will find them, I promise." I whispered. "Please find them, now!" Blade yelled. All of the vampires ran out of the house, while Paige and Naomi stayed behind. "What do we do now?" Naomi questioned. She had the tone like she felt defeated. "We don't give up. And we'll do whatever it takes to get them back." I turned my head to face Naomi's. Blade was still in my arms. I felt him starting to shake, which broke my heart, cause I know that he's feeling anger and pain in his body. Both his brother and his mother are in trouble.

*Anonymous POV*

"I don't know how many times I have to tell you, Keisha." I started pacing back and forth. "You won't kill my son. I know you wouldn't!" Keisha screamed. I looked over at Ian, his face bloody and bruised. I held up a knife and pointed it at his head. "Another word and he dies." I saw more tears escape her eyes. "Boss, we have more company." I heard one of my assistants say. I heard heels clicking on the floor, revealing a beautiful girl with long black hair.

"I'm Valentine, and I would love to assist you."
