It's been exactly two weeks since You found out that you were moving in with Nicki, it's been one week since all your stuff had shipped out to Nicki's house, and in a few minutes you and Nicki would be boarding her jet to Los Angeles.
"Y/n, if imma be honest, I'm glad your leaving so I can have my damn house back and get back into my old grind" your dad said looking at you seriously but you knew he was just playing around with you. "Nah I'm just playing with you but for real imma miss you and you better behave in California I ain't tryna see you and Nicki on the news for getting arrested or somethin, I know how y'all be" he said while hugging you and pointing at you and Nicki. "Damn we really ain't that bad" Nicki said while rolling her eyes dramatically and hugging your dad. "Dad I guess I'll miss you or whateva" you said while rolling your eyes and letting out a big sigh. "We gotta go but I'll call you when we land" you said as you picked up your camera bag, he nodded and you both exchanged one last hug before boarding the private jet. As soon as it took off you completely passed out.
"Y/n/n (your nickname) wake tf up we're here"
You looked over to your side to see Nicki shaking you. The last thing you remembered was being on the jet but apparently you had gotten off the jet and into Nicki's car and ended up at her house. You grabbed your bag and followed Nicki as she showed you around the house. "And this is your room all your boxes and shit are in there you just need to unpack a build your furniture" Nicki said while walking away but then turning around. "Wait and I'm throwing you that party in 3 days so you might wanna hurry". "Nic you better invite Ariana or I'm stayin in room" you heard her laugh and walked away leaving you to unpack and rebuild this room so it would actually look like you owned it.
After 4 hours of unpacking,screaming lyrics to your favorite songs, drinking iced coffee, and contemplating life you finally were fulfilled with how The room turned out. You yawned and checked your phone and saw it was pretty late but instead of being a normal human being and going to sleep you decided to stay up and check social media and text people.
