My Life Before Her

Hi! My name's Alyssia, and I'm a new transfer at Akidemi High School. I'm 17 years old, and well, I'm not human. I'm actually a hybrid. A hybrid is someone who has special abilities and part a human wouldn't have. They believed a was part wolf, part bird, but they couldn't tell from the structure of my wings. They looked like an angel's, but had the structure of a birds. This confused them. But they could debunk was that I was defiantly part wolf. My ears and tail had the structure and form of a wolf's, and only a wolf's. Same wil my teeth. They were sharper than the average human.

One thing they worried about was my behavior, or how I would act. They thought I would go savage at times, but I never did. I just acted like a normal human. They only time I would actually differently, was when someone would try to dominate me. Let's just say they failed, and no, I didn't rip any limbs off or any of that. I would just simply show my dominance over them.

There was something I was afraid of as being a hybrid. That was showing my wings, tail, ears, and eyes in public. My eyes are two different colors, one a faded red, one a faded blue. People would call me a monster if they saw them, a long with the rest of my differences. So I wore an eyepatch, and hid the rest.

I did this until I met her. She was an outstanding person. She was amazing. She didn't care if I had differences or not. She appreciated who I am, and told me not to let them drag me down. She was special.
