Rain poured as the shards of glass crunched under dark black boots stepping across them. Sirens pierced through the air and heavy breathing surged. The boy slowly emerging from the car , blood coming from a cut in his eyebrow, shed a single tear as he glanced at his love, lifeless beside him one last time. As the paramedics steadied his walking and brought him immediately to the ambulance, a crowd of blue and black uniforms forming around the wrecked car, his mind was frantic and blank. All thoughts were gone, except the loss of his girlfriend. He killed her. He crashed the car, he lost control. He took the life of his precious love. Nothing mattered anymore, it was too late he knew it. Even throughout all the frenzy and commotion of his current scenario, he knew what he had done. He could never forgive himself for this. Never.
