You can't run away from me

Unknown POV
She walked out of the school as she always did carrying a book. Her brown hair flowed down her back making me want to run my hand through her hair. Everything about her was perfect. She had beautiful light brown eyes that were framed by glasses. She walked on the sidewalk and into the bookshop. Every day she would go into there and come out with a new book. I stepped out from my hiding spot and into the bookshop. I put my back hood on and walked through aisles hiding from her.

I walked into the history aisle. I hated reading but only went in here to see her. The horror aisle is right next to the history aisle and that's where I found her. Her back was facing me as she scanned for books. I moved the books so I could see her. She pulled out a book and started reading it. She was concentrated on the book making her look cute. Her pale skin really brought out her eyes. Suddenly she stopped reading. She quickly turned her head around towards me. My breathing halted and I slowly stepped away from the bookshelf hoping she couldn't see me. I took that as my cue to leave and walked out the door.

One day I will get her, and she will be mine forever.

Violet's POV
I walked out of school carrying my book. Again I felt like someone was watching me. Although I looked around I could still not see anyone. I let out a sigh and walked to the local bookshop. I walked through the door and turned in the book I had rented. I walked to the horror section and started searching for more books. I loved reading horror stories. It was very interesting to me. I heard the door to the shop open but thought nothing of it. I didn't see much people here. I found a book and opened it. I started reading the first page to see if it was interesting.

I stopped reading as the same feeling came back. Someone was watching me. I turned around to the other bookshelf but saw nothing. I walked towards the bookshelf and then I heard the door to the shop open again making me jump. I let out a sigh, maybe I'm just being paranoid again. I looked at the book I was just reading and decided to get it. I walked to the front desk and got the book using my library card as I didn't have to pay for the books here.

I grabbed my book and headed out the door. It was a nice day, the sun was shining brightly and the birds were singing. It set my mind at peace. I walked down the street passing restaurants. I was heading back to my apartment; since my school didn't have dorms by mom and dad bought me an apartment. I was going to school in California and they were in Texas. I came to California to study as I wanted to become a veterinarian. I grew up with animals and wanted to learn more about them so I could help them.

I arrived at my building and went inside. I pressed the button for the elevator then I saw a man coming. He was wearing a black hood and a black mask that covered his nose and mouth. He gave me an uneasy feeling. I pressed the 4th floor and went to the corner of the elevator staying far away from the guy. The elevator got to the fourth floor and I walked out. I got chills down my spine when I felt the man's eyes staring at me. I sped up and walked down the hall to the right out of the man's sight. I went to my room, 459. I opened the door with my key and walked in shutting the door behind me.

"Finally some peace," I said with a sigh it was about 5 o'clock. I got out of school around 3:30. I turned on the lights and sat on the couch with my book. I started reading for an hour or so when I started getting tired. I placed my book down and laid on my couch. I put some music on and fell asleep.

Unknown's POV
I walked down the hall to my room. I got the apartment next to Violet which took ages to get but it was worth it. I walked into my apartment then straight to my bedroom. I turned on my computer and went to the cameras. I had set up cameras in her room while she was at school. I had set up a camera in every room except for the bathroom because I at least gave her a bit of privacy. I looked at the screen and saw her sit down on her black couch. She grabbed a book and started reading. It may seem boring staring at her read the whole time but honestly, it fascinated me.

She was so beautiful, every time I saw her sent my heart beating fast. She closed her book and started playing music. Not the slow and quiet music but the crazy screaming music. She laid down and closed her eyes, falling asleep. I'm amazed she could fall asleep to that loud music. Soon she will know who I am. My plan will be set soon. A smile was brought to my face as I imagined our life. I loved her and now I couldn't give her up.

I remember the times in high school. The first time I saw her I fell in love. Although she never noticed me I never gave up hope.

She will love me one day. I will make her mine, no matter what happens.
