"Griffiths, Aislinn." the professor calls a the twenty-four year old girl onto stage. He handed her her certificate, finally done with her studies.

"Thank you sir." she said tearing up.

"Aislinn it has been a pleasure teaching you, you are probably one of the brightest minds Cambridge has seen in a long time." Aislinn couldn't hold it in and gave professor Landon a hug and walked down the stairs of the stage.

With nobody to share this special evening except her best friend she went home to get ready for the night of celebration that Rosie had planned.

Rosie has been there for Aislinn since the first day of university she was a tall, raven haired girl with freckles over her nose. Rosie's boyfriend, Dian, has also been very supporting they have an almost brother-siter relationship.

"Come on Aislinn its almost 18:30 I told Drian we'd be there by 19:00!" Rosie called into Aislinn's room in her flat. "Dude come on." She walked into Aislinn's room seeing Aislinn in full make up and her platinum grey hair platted back. She's wearing a medium long black dress and her normal necklace and crystal earings that Dian had bought her for her twenty-first birthday.

"Wow, I mean wow! If I wasn't straight I'd be going for you right now."

"Rosie let's go." Aislinn said blushing.

"Yeah I agree." Rosie said now regretting what she had said. They got outside and climbed into the Uber.

"Ethereal restaurant please."Aislinn said. It was approximately a 20 minute drive full of laughter and gossip.

"There's my two favorite girls in the world." Drian said as they got out of the Uber, gave Rosie a kiss and hugged Aislinn. "Are you excited to finally be done with your studies?"

"Super excited, but I'm not sure where I'll want to get a job I thought of going back to Australia but I'm not sure." the group sat down at the table.

"You can't leave us now, we still have a lot of picking up to do on clubbing, after you started studying for your finals I had to go by myself." Rosie said with a playful grin on her face.

"Yeah, yeah we'll get to that." Aislinn teased her friend

After a long dinner with her two closest friends they decided it's best if they all went to Drian's house and sleep there for the night.

The next morning...

"Morning Linn, come on time to get up." Rosie tried to wake Aislinn up but failed so she went to her last resort... "Canon Ball!" she shouted as she jumped on her friend.

"Rosie, you incompetent idiot! Why the hell would you do that?" Aislinn groaned in pain for her friend had landed right on top of her.

"You need to get home, take a shower and get dressed for tonight come on now move you lazy ass."

"It's still morning I..."

"It's 13:34 now move." she pulled Aislinn out of bed and took her to the front door with all her things the Uber was already waiting.

When Aislinn got home she had a pile of mail waiting for her on the doorstep. One particular letter cought her eye immediately she picked the pile up staring at the top most letter addressed to her.
