Me and my mom run to a nearby cave, we were under heavy gunfire since there was a war "Yuni, please be safe, here is the backpack, it has a map, food,water,compass and a knife, go run off to the nearest town NOW!" my mom said, her name is Yumeko and my name is Yuni "But, they will get you!" I said "Don't worry about me, worry about yourself please be safe, I love you Yuni" mom said "I love you too mom"I said then we here footsteps "RUN YUNI NOW!" She shouted and I dashed out of the cave as fast as I can And then, I hear a gunshot, then I hear people talking "Sir, we've killed Soldier 61 from the 6th battalion"I hear a woman say "Yes, now should we chase after that pesky little child of hers Sakura?" I hear a woman say to...whoever Sakura is "No, she is not important Freya let's just go"the woman says A few minutes later~ I end up going inside the woods and after some time, end up at the back of a factory "Is this the city? Is this still a town?" I question myself as I walk up towards a woman in a long white dress and ask "What town is this ma'am?" "This is town Nanporo, a town in Japan"she says "Oh ummm, thanks" I say " Oh well, where do I go now?"I ask myself but the woman heard it "Oh! Why are you here kid?"the woman asks "My mom died while at war, she made me run for my safety..." I say slightly tearing up "Oh I'm so sorry to hear that, why don't I adopt you?" She says "What's that?"I ask "It's when I let you inside my house and you become my daughter, but not biologically" she explains "O-Okay" I say " Oh, by the way my name is Chieko, yours is?" Chieko asks "Yuni" I reply "Alright Yuni! Let's go to my house, you must be tired"she says as she directs me towards her house, it looks good actually!

"Oh no! It's raining! Hurry Yuni, let's get inside to get you some hot tea" Chieko says We enter and I hear a man shouting "WHY ARE YOU LATE!" He says "W-Well it was raining then-" She was cut of by the man when he threw his coffee mug on the floor "BUT WHY BE 30 MINUTES LATE, SO UNGRATEFUL, GO NOW BEFORE I TIE YOU TO THE CEILING LIKE YOUR MOTHER!" He shouts and I see Chieko crying " Hey! That's not very nice! I lost a mother too and she doesn't deserve to be treated like that!" I say while Chieko is saying be quiet " Oh, so you brought a idiotic,selfless,pathetic pre teen to our house, oh well, gotta get a head start!" He says as he takes out is knife and grabs me then puts the knife around my neck "DONT MOVE, IF YOU MOVE, I WILL KILL THIS PATHETIC CHILD!"
