It all started with my cat.. {Sal x reader}

Reminder: You lost your cat named Luna. You put out posters, and wait for s o m e o n e to find her.

This was a request which was helpful since I'm running out of ideas..

Y/n POV

She has been gone for a good four days.
I recently moved in at the adison apartments, and once we moved in, my cat Luna went missing.

I've put up several posters for her and hoping that someone would see her.

Luna is my baby, my little cinnamon apple.

She has literally been with me ever since I was four. I don't wanna lose hope yet..

3rd person POV

As y/n sits at home, mourning over their cat child, Sal was walking from some store to get a few things.

While walking he sees a little cat walk up to him. "Oh.. Hello." He says as the cat rubs on his leg. He kneels down and pets it. He looked around to see if it's owner was around. "Huh.. You must be a stray." He says as he picks up the cat.
"Guess your gonna come home with me lil bud." He said, grabbing the bag containg small snacks.

As he walked, he walks through a little town since that's part of how he gets back to the apartment.

He noticed some fresh poster stapled to the poles. "Wouldn't hurt to look." He said to himself. He walks to the pole.

He reads over the poster to see that it was talking about the cat that he had found.. Little Luna.

"Well, I guess I found you Luna.." He said with a smile.

He looks at the address to see that the address is located at the apartment.

"Interesting... Well this is easy.." He says as he continues to walk back to the apartment.

When he arrives, he goes to Addison.

Sal's POV

"Hey.. I uh.. Found the missing cat." I say as adison looks at me. "Nice. She has been worried ever since she moved in." He said as I then remembered that we got new neighbors. "I kinda forgot about them.. Shame on me heh." I say as he then chuckled. "Well the room is on floor 3. It should be 301." Addison said as I nod.

I heard Luna purr while rubbing against my leg. I then thank adison and walked to the elevator.

"You must live with some older woman.. Heh..." I say as Luna meows.

We got in the elevator. I pressed number three, and waited for the elevator to move. Once the doors reopened I walked out with Luna.

I looked down the Hall to see Lisa. She saw me and waved. I waved back and walked up to her.

"Hey.. I found the missing cat.. And I need to know where the owner is." I says as she smiles. "They should be there in 301 hun." She said. I sighed. "Thanks Lisa.. Oh! I have snacks for later tonight." I say as she smiles. "Good! Larry will he so happy when he sees all that food." She says with a grin.

I then walked off to the door with '301' printed on it. I then knocked.

I heard someone shuffling to the door.
The door opens to reveal a woman.

"Why hello there young man. I believe we haven't met yet." The woman said as I let out a small sigh. "I'm sorry that we haven't yet. I meant to meet you the day y'all arrived, but I guess I had other plans.." I say shamefully.

"I'm Sal." I say as she then gives a kind hearted smile.
"I'm mom/n." She said. "So, anything I should know?" She asked as I looked to my side. Luna was with Lisa, rubbing up on her and such.
I let out a little chuckle.

"I found someone.. That may belong to you." I say as she then looked down the Hall.
"Oh! You found Luna! My daughter will be so happy!" She said as I then gave her a slight shocked look, though she won't notice.

"Oh, let me go get her real quick." She said as she then runs off, leaving the door opened.

She then comes back with a girl..

They was tall/short,
They had long/short h/c hair,
and beautiful e/c eyes.

They looks at me with a huge smile. "You found Luna?!" They said as I showed Luna. They slowly grabs Luna and hugs them. Luna licks their cheek, making them giggle.

"Thank you so much... Um.."

"Sal..My name is Sal." I say as they smiles more.

"Thank you so much Sal.. I'm y/n!" they said full of glee.
"I'm glad that she is back with you y/n." I say as a blush creeps up under my mask.

"I'm glad that I found her." I say, and before I knew it, they pulled me into a hug. I could feel the heat rise in my cheeks.. "Me too.." they said as I hugged back.
I looked over at mom/n to see her smirk.

I guess she has a reason too with my ears all red and me bashfuly hugging back.

Because my feelings were acting up.
