They meet again

Jade

For once in her life she was not screwing up, she was striving in Texas. This new school was amazing and she had everything she ever wanted, career and educational wise. But in the love department she wasn't so lucky, and after wat happened with Clay she didn't really know if she was willing to go there yet, all guys were just infuriating.

In the beginning she despised Clay, he just got under her skin, but eventually she saw that he wasn't that bad of a guy. And then the strangest thing happend to her: she started getting feelings for him. But then he was an inconsiderate jerk again and she broke up with him. She didn't even know why she was still thinking about it. He was just another guy, just another one who turned out to be a complete ass.

But today wasn't about boys or jerks, today was about her. There was a rodeo taking place nearby the school, so she was definitely going. She was once again going to prove herself to all of those stupid guys that'd think she was just another buckle-bunny.

But the possibility of seeing him there made her think about them, about the past year. All the bad and that little bit of fun she had with him.

Calling with Georgie before the rodeo

Georgie: Hey Jade wat's up?

Jade: I'm good, great actually. I love it here, though I kinda miss you guys a bit... even Tim.

But it's great here. And I'm going to this rodeo I told you about.

Georgie: We miss you too! Come visit us soon okay!

Jade: Yeah, yeah I will, promise.

Georgie: Hey wat's wrong? You sound a bit off...

Jade: It's nothing really.

Georgie: Jade....

Jade: okay, you know that rodeo... Well I'm in Texas, and a this guy may be here..

Georgie: what you met a guy? That's great!

Jade: No I didn't really meet anyone... But there's this egotistical jerk that may possibly be there.

Georgie: What who? ........ oh....... You mean Clay.

Jade: yeah... I mean if I see him I'm totally kicking his butt! But, I don't even know.. I guess I don't wanna be thrown off my game if he just shows up or something.

Georgie: Yeah, well if you do see hem, you're totally kicking his butt, and showing him what an idiot he is!

Jade: Thanks Georgie. And sorry for not calling sooner, it's just I'm really busy.

Georgie: It's fine, I mean I miss you but I'm really busy too so it's okay.

Jade: well, I got to go, bye Georgie.

Georgie: Bye Jade, and call me after the rodeo I wanna know what happens. And good luck!

Jade: I'll call you. Bye

Georgie: Bye

At the rodeo

" Oh gosh what have I gotten myself into? He's here and he's gotten even hotter.... Ugh Jade what the hell! Get your act together! You don't like him, you hate him.

And what's even better, I'm on the crazy ass horse, and he has a pretty tame one... If he beats me he'll never live this down. ugh, why did he even get this lame ass bronc and I this impossible one...So not fair! Well I'll just have to work that much harder to prove myself then. Cause I'm not about to lose to him! I can do this.."
