There was little to no light out anymore. It was reaching night and you were still out. You had accidentally stayed at the library too long getting deep into a book you found interesting. You decided to borrow it so you could leave and hopefully make it home before dark but that didn't work out for you. The streets were deserted since you lived in a small neighborhood with not many people. You wrapped your jacket tighter around you since it was becoming cold being that it's winter. It was mostly silent except for your foot steps until' you began hearing another pair behind you. You felt fear rise all over your body and began walking fast but just as you began walking faster the footsteps got faster meaning they sped up as well. Who was following you!? Quickly pushing past the fear you turned around looking for the source but you didn't see anyone behind you. You let out a breath of relief. You were imagining it. Turning around you were met by a boy stand unusually close. Before you could let out a scream his hand slapped over you mouth, a small smile playing on his lips. "Izzy. Izzy I knew it was you."

Izzy? Who was he talking about. "I knew I'd find you. You're the reincarnation of my dear Izzy!" You were shocked, what was he talking about. The hand that was not holding your mouth shut brushed the few hairs from your face and his smile brightened. "Just as beautiful as I left you."

You pushed his hand from your mouth. "Who are you and what are you blabbing about?" You asked making his bright smile turn to a sorrowful frown. "You don't remember me?" He asked his voice just above a whisper. You shook your head slowly. "What's your name?" He asked softly. "Dianna." He smiled softy but it didn't reach his eyes. "I'm sorry, you just. You looked like someone dear to me. My name's Luke. Glad to meet you." You nodded giving a soft smile. "It's fine, I understand. I'm sorry I'm not that person, I hope you find who you're looking for though." You said trying to be as nice as possible. It seemed like when you said you didn't know him it really hurt him and you felt bad.

"Well could I at least walk you home? I saw you getting frightened by my foot steps and I'm sorry. At least let me make sure you get home safely." You decided not much wrong would happened and allowed him to walk you home but stop at an abandoned house near your home so he wouldn't know where you lived. It would be strange for someone you hardly know to know where you live. Though the who walk although he came off plesantly to you, you could tell by the way he talked about some things he wasn't always a friendly easy going guy.
