Before I start this book I want to let you know that this is FICTIONAL nothing in this book is real, hell even the military in here is fake. The only thing that will have a real world type background would be the tactics in here. Even the guns might be fake. Please do not take offense as I mean no harm to our military or Anything else.

The year is 2057, January 21. On a nice bright sunny Friday morning. People waking up for there last day outta the week to go to work or for school. Wits the roads and sky filled with traffic people could say that this is was a normal day...well not for six people today...

Benjamin's p.o.v

"Aye Ben! Get your ass up and get dressed, the meeting is today and we don't have much time. It starts in 3 hours." I sighed opening my eyes to the rude awakening of a dear friend of mines.

"Then I have plenty of time to get a quick nap in." I closed my eyes back and tried to turn over in the bed, but I was met with cold water hitting my chest making me jump up from the bed

"Holy mother f- ughhh! What was the point of that!?!"

"I told your monkey ass to get up but ya didn't listen to me." The short girl shrugged her shoulders and turned around "plus I knew I wasn't gonna get you up that easy so I came prepared. Oh! And Goodmorning bennnn!" She gives off a warm smile.

"*sigh* Goodmorning Ruth." I got up from my now wet bed and went into the bathroom and looked into the mirror 'I need to get a hair cut' I saw how y'all my hair had gotten and I started playing with it.

"Ya know I can can cut it for you. Besides no one to you told grow a freaking Afro"

"Um correction it's a drop fade, and I'm not gonna let you anywhere close to my hair with a razor." I closed the door in Ruth's face and went back to my hair. I picked up my pick from the counter and started to pick my hair trying to make it neat at the most. After I was finished I went to doing the nom like brush ya teeth, washing up, taking a shit. You know, the things a guy would do. I don't wished my hands and walked outta the bathroom and started to look around the room for my closet. " I have no clue what the hell I wanna wear today"  I grabbed a black polo shirt and some faded dark blue jeans with cuts in them. To finish it off, I decided to put on my black forces. "Where the hell did I put my-"

"Your looking for this?" Ruth shakes my short roped chain in front of me " now why the hell do you have my chain?"

"Because I wanted to wear it"

"But you didn't ask me"

"That's why I'm asking now" she leans against the wall. I sighed and walked up to her snatching the chain away from her "hell no" she rolls her eyes and follows behind me out the door. I walked into the living room of the small apartment and the light turns on

"Good morning Benjamin" I yawned and spoke back "morning AI"

"You have quite a scheduled today, would you like me to start your coffee machine?"

"Eh sure coffee wouldn't hurt"

"Okay, brewing coffee" the coffee machine starts up and went to brewing. That's one thing I love about this apartment, the AI here is amazing. But for the love of god the rent is so damn high. " okay Ben we gotta go at 10"

"Yeah yeah I know, but do you know what the hell we gotta go for?" Ruth stayed quiet and looked at him "we're going back in.."

"Back in where? Don't tell me we going back to that mans flower shop to get him back cuz he didn't give you the right flower p-"

"We're going back on the field Ben..." I said quite and looked at her " stop playing Ruth.."

"I'm serious. The meeting was called to inform us about how we're going back on the field again" Ruth came and placed a hand on my shoulder "I told you they were gonna need us again " I said and looked at her

"Well hell you wasn't lying."

"Your coffee is done, Benjamin."

"Oh shit I forgot about that. Thank you AI"

"My pleasure sir. And you might wanna get a move on, your meeting start in 45 minutes "

"Oh god alright" I stood up and ran over to the coffee machine

"Oh AI make sure you lock the door behind me" I grabbed my coffee and before I knew it Ruth was outside the room.

"Understood, Safe travels Benjamin" I walked out the door and the door was closed behind me locking. About five minutes later I arrived at the bottom floor of the apartment complex.

"Would you come the fuck on Ben!?" Ruth tapped the hood of the car showing how impatient she is.

"Keep on talking and we won't go" I walked on the driver side of the car and pressed the button on the door to come open and to unlock her door as well " don't feel like going back to this shit anyway" I started up the car and adjusted my seat. "Was you in my damn car again " she looks away and pulls out her phone "drive, boy"  (I know y'all had to play god of war )I rolled my eyes and put the car in auto pilot letting in drive itself 

"When did you figure out about this meeting?"

"Two weeks ago, they told me not to tell you because they know how your ass would try to plan something on that day"

"They know me to well" I sighed and closed my eyes "your in control "

"Got it" Ruth leaned back in the seat and watched the road as the car drove.
