Prologue
"Damn it, Freakshow!" Danny yelled angrily at Freakshow, while Danny attempted to grab the Gauntlet. "Stop using that fake Gauntlet of yours! Your going to doom us all."
"Oh come on, Phantom do you honestly believe I will fall for that. You know you can't stop me now, with my new gauntlet I'm far more powerful than before we last faced." As Freakshow spoke with an air of superiority and smugness. "So quit yelling and quiet down, for this will be your Final Act! Ha~ha!"
"Sorry, Freakshow but your not the only one with a new trick up your sleeves." Just as two invisible Danny duplicates; one grabbing Freakshow and pulling him one way and the other grabbing the Gauntlet and pulling it the other way. Then the Danny duplicates dissipated when the original Danny received the Gauntlet. "Now to destroy this thing."
"What!? Noo!! That is mine!!" As Freakshow cried out. But it was already to late. For Danny had begun pouring his ghostly power into the Gauntlet causing it to rupture due to the conflicting energies, but it wasn't quite enough to destroy it. So Danny took in a deep breath for sure knew that this next attack would make sure the Gauntlet would be destroyed, and so Danny let out his Ghostly Wail which gave the final push that would permanently destroy the Gauntlet. Unfortunately, for Danny at the moment of the Gauntlets destruction, it was as if it acted in an act of defiance, a rip through the very fabric of Time and Space opened before Danny pulling him in and closing behind him once it had swallowed him. And to the world Danny Phantom was gone, but for his loved ones Danny Fenton was gone... For now.
