(Hailey's pov)
Autunm is a beautiful season. I love the crunch the leaves make when you step on them, I love that everything is such a beautiful color and I live for the pictures you can take.
Selene and I were driving down to the mall to do some shopping for our new apartment.
We decided to live together because we've been friends for 11 years and we always wanted to have a future together. We lost contact for about two years and during those two years we had pretty rough stuff happening to us, after all that we've been through we met up again and started to persuade our childhood dreams together.
- Chapter one -
We bought little things for our apartment at the mall because we already had all the furniture. All we needed to get were the small things like: towels, plants, cups, plates, cutlery and basically you get it.So when we got all of that we went straight to the apartment and set it all up.
"You won't mind if Daniel comes over today do you?" Selene asked me.
Daniel was Selene's boyfriend. They were together for like, I don't know, but like for a very, very long time. She said he was the best and I did believe her, he was really kind and he bought her flowers nearnly every day. Selene, Daniel, Marcus and I were all best friends in highschool and we were called the popular four as Selene and I were cheerleaders and Daniel and Marcus were football players. I forgot which one was the captain.
"Yeah not at all."
"Hey! You should invite Marcus over, common it'll be fun, oh-oh! It would be a way if celebrating our moving in together!."
"Yeah, that would be actually really cool, let me call him."
I took out my phone and started dialling Marcus' phone number.
Marcus was my boyfriend. He was really good to me. He bought me very expensive presents on my birthdays, valentines day ..... etc. I don't know how he could afford it but he was truly the best.
It rang for about 5 seconds and he picked up.
"Hi, do you want to come over today?"
"Sure. When?"
"I don't know."
I checked the time on my watch it was 5 p.m.
"I'd say at about six."
"Oh okay cool, should I bring any thing?" He asked.
"I mean Daniel will be over as well, so if you guys need anything, I don't know."
"Right, okay, I will see you then."
"Bye."
"See you bye."
I turned to Selene and told her when Marcus will be here.
Daniel knocked on our door in five minutes and I answered.
"Hi, come in." I smiled.
He had flowers in his hands. But what surprised me was that he has two bouquets of flowers in stead if one for Selene.
"Thanks, I didn't see you in a really long while." He smiled back. As he gave me one of the bouquets.
"Awwww thank you so much, you flattered me sooo much Right now."
He smiled once again and looked at selene who was coming out of the bathroom.
Selene came out of the bathroom looking really good, im gonna give that to her but not as jaw-droping as I will look after I change.
I was just joking, I wasn't going to dress-up just for a dinner with my boyfriend, my best friend and her boyfriend.
Daniel went over to her and gave her the bouquet and kissed her.
Selene and I put our flowers in vases and Selene went over to Daniel.
So I just sat there awkwardly for 50 minutes while Selene and Daniel were talking and kissing.
I felt the need to play the "I am....... Dicusted." Video thing at them but I held it in.
After the discusting 50 minutes the doorbell rang and I quickly got up and ran to the door.
I opened it and Marcus stepped in and kissed me on the cheek. He was holding a bottle of a expensive champagne. He walked over to where selene and Daniel were sitting and put it on the table. He greets them and they greeted him back.
For dinner we had spaghetti that Selene made.
The two guys didn't leave until about four hours later.
But they didn't leave their messes behind, no, they weren't like that they actually cleaned after themselves and then they went home.
Selene and I went sleepy so we cooked popcorn and binge watched some shows.
We talked and talked about those two years until we decided to go to sleep at one o'clock in the morning.
Everything was coming back into place.
But little did I know.
It wasn't going to stay like that.
