Ch 20: Shut up

It's been two days since Connor and I were finally together. That night was the best in my life so far. Con and I had dinner after and he and the boys sang for me. They were too sweet. I could tell they really planned this out.

Today Connor and I are on a train headed to his home in Warwick to see his parents. Im bloody nervous. What if they dont like me? Shit here I go again with negative thoughts filling my head.

"Stop that." Connor said as I was staring outside the window of the train.

"What?"

"Thinking negatively."

"How did you know?" I looked at him, confused.

"I know you well, babe." he placed his hand over mine which was on my lap. "They're gonna love you...but of course I love you more."

I smiled.

Connor knocked on their door as I was beside him, holding his hand tightly.

"Ahh my dear, you're back!" his mom opened it and pulled Connor into a hug.

"Hi, mum! I've missed you!"

"I missed you too." his mom smiled sweetly. "I assume you are Charla?" she said to me.

"Yes, Mrs. Ball. It's nice to meet you" I smiled.

"It's my pleasure, dear. Connor has told me about you. And please, just call me Beth." (A/N idk what Con's mum's name is I just made this up ok). Please come inside" she then led us to the living room where Connor's brother and dad were.

"This is my brother, Lewis and this is my dad, Alex." Con said. "Dad, Lewis, this is Charla, my girlfriend."

"It's great meeting the girl making Connor happy." his dad stood up and shook my hand. Lewis was being too cute and shy to shake my hand so he just sat there and said 'hi'.

"It's nice meeting you too Mr. Ball"

"Just Alex." he smiled.

Beth finished cooking and invited us to eat lunch already. I must admit, she's a really good cook. Connor's family was genuinely nice to me and told stories about him, more like embarrassing stories which made him tomato red almost the whole time. They also got to know me, and vice versa.

I was meant to stay with them for three days then Connor and I planned to go back to London. Beth said it's okay for me to stay with Connor in his room but she said that he should stay on the couch just near the bed.

"Yeah uhm he did and I'm sure they loved him." I answered when Alex asked if Connor already met my parents.

"They were really nice but at first I was so nervous I think her dad and brother would kill me, I swear!" Connor said as we all burst into laughter.

"Oh we'd love to meet them too!" Beth excitedly said.

"You'd probably be good friends with my mom, you both love cooking and baking!" I cheered.

"Ahh, I can't wait!"

"Maybe if they pay a visit sometimes." I smiled.

We all finished with the meal and I stood up to help Beth clean the dishes.

"Oh no, dear. I'm fine with the dishes."

"It's okay Mrs...I mean Beth. Please let me help" I I insisted.

"Charla I was..oh. Mum, you can leave that to me and Charla."

"Are you sure youre both okay to clean the dishes? Shouldn't you be resting?"

"It's okay mum."

Connor and I washed the dishes and played half of the time. He kept on blowing bubbles to me and putting them on my face making moustache and beard out of it. We got soaking wet but hey, we had the work done. We went to Connor's room to change clothes. Changing clothes at the same time isnt a good idea.

While I was sat at the edge of his bed, looking for a shirt in my luggage, I turned around and saw Connor shirtless. Oh shit. He's hot.

"Like what you see babe?" he smirked.

"Get a shirt on!" I quickly turned around, my back facing him.

"Come on, we're together now, it's okay to see me shirtless. Im not asking to see you like this too okay?"

"Shut up."

"Make me." I felt him whisper in my ear. He got closer to me, his hand started to travel on my back then my shoulder.

I turned around and saw his facr just inches away from mine. I stared at his lips then to his eyes then back to his lips. I lean closer to him, putting my index finger on his lips.

"I said shut up" I smirked. I stood up and got my pyjamas then headed to the bathroom to get changed.

"Such a tease." he frowned.

I walked back and found him just in his boxers.

"I told you to get a shirt."

"But I sleep like this when im at home?"

"Fine" I sat on his bed, while he walked to the couch. "Are you sure you're okay sleeping on the couch?"

"Yeah, I dont want you feeling uncomfortable so I'll stay here."

"I feel better when you're beside me, love"

"Me too. Do you want me there?"

"Yes but what if your mum finds out?"

"She wouldn't" he walked to the door and locked it.

"Smart ass." I smiled at him.

"Sshh." he threw myself into me which made us fall onto the bed with him on top of me. Our noses touching and our lips connected.

"Youre so beautiful" he said when we parted from the kiss. Everytime he tells me that, I can still feel my cheeks heating up.

"I thought I said shut up." I instantly wrapped my arms around his neck then crashed my lips to his. I pulled him closer and tighter. I played with his hair and pulled it making him moan. His lips travelled from my lips to my neck leaving wet kisses. His hands started its way under my tank top, tracing circles on my stomach and back. His lips was back to mine and I felt his tongue asking for entrance which I let in, our tongues battled for dominance. I then felt him grinding on top of me, his hands finding the hook of my bra and...

"Connor?" his mom called out, knocking on the door. shit. Connor quickly got and put on a shirt before opening the door.

"Hi mum."

"I was just checking on you two. Well it seems like you're already trying to sleep. Goodnight you two."

"Goodnight. " we both said.

"That was close." I said, pretending to wipe off a sweat on my forehead.

"Which was?" he smirked.

"Shut up and go to sleep."

"Shut me up." he said, walking up to me and lying beside me.

"Goodnight, love" I said as I planted a kiss on his lips.

"Goodnight."
