THE FIRE WILL HIT HARAM IN 5 MINUTES! GET OUT IF YOU CAN!
Jake stared at the screen and then went into panic mode. He grabbed his sister and grabbed the car keys. He chucked his sister in the car and ran inside. "Wake up mum, mum wake up!" Jake said in a worried tone. She didn't budge a bit. He was more scared than ever. He went into the kitchen to grab some water to throw on his mum. Jake looked out the kitchen window and saw the raging flames racing towards him.
'Splash'
As soon as the water hit his mum in the face she woke up and then a sigh of relief went into the room. "We can't rest now mum!" Jake announced,
"Why?" his mum replied. Jake pointed to the window. The rolling flames had just gulped up the start of the street and they were at the end of the street. His mother jumped up with a start then raced around trying to find things.
"Where is car keys?" Mum shouted.
"In the car. Same with sis!" he shouted back. mum stared at him blankly. "Well mum, what are we waiting for?" Jake screamed in disbelief. They both jumped up and out to the car. His sister was in the back seat crying. When they got in the car they saw why. The next door neighbours house was on fire. Mum slammed on the accelerator and in about 2.5 seconds they were on the road. They headed straight for the town exit but the traffic was that bad that there was a car crash up ahead. As they slowly moved forward a sound start to get louder in the car.
SPLATTER, SPLUT, SPLOT.
The car stopped and wouldn't go again, his sister looked behind them and the roaring flames had just started eating the cars all up.
