Y/N sat on the edge of the bed, not knowing what to do. It felt like the whole world crashed down. Her heart, mind...no..everything tore apart. Laura, Ari and Fred, all were comforting her. On the other hand, David was restless. How could he even utter a single word when he knew that anytime soon he would be losing either his best friend or his crush, or even worse, both of them.
           David knew that Berg has been sleeping with another girl, he also knew that Y/N was MADLY in love with Berg...He couldn't bring himself to go and tell Y/N about the truth. He was afraid to lose her or Berg, his best friend. But now it was all happening in front of him.
The room had suddenly got silent, an awkward silence it was. No one dared to break the silence.
Suddenly Y/N spoke up :" It's alright...you guys should go home, it's getting late "
Everyone hummed in approvement but no one said a single word. They didn't want to leave their best friend alone but they knew it's the best thing to do right now. One by one each person left the house.

At the end , y/n and Fred were left. He broke the silence. He sighed and said : " What now?.."
y/n smiled in response, looking at somewhere in space, she said:" What now....."
                      
y/n, Fred, Laura, Ari and David were bestfriends since years. They all knew each other more than themselves, but right now, Fred couldn't make out how y/n was feeling.

Fred spoke while staring at her deeply: " How do you feel?" . y/n answered, without letting her smile down for even a single moment : "Dead". Fred felt his like his heart broke into many pieces. Y/N has always been like a sister to her. Fred knew Berg just wasn't the guy, he had always feared that he'll break y/n's heart. He found himself the reason behind y/n's condition and blamed himself for it.
             Fred: "Listen y/n, I know-"
Y/N : "Leave, Fred"
                *complete silence*
Fred sighed, guess the best thing to do was to leave her alone. Extremely unwilling, He got up. Fred : "See you tomorrow"
       
            *sound of door shutting*
