That night, I woke up again. This time Kyo was awake, making something in the corner, but Ryoma was still asleep. I fell back asleep. When I woke up again, it was still night, and I was alone in the shelter. I was wondering where Kyo and Ryoma went, but then I realized I was wearing a wedding gown again. I ran back to the star spot, because that’s where the weird part of my dreams usually takes place, and I found both guys, wearing tuxes, at the end of two aisles.
I was confused about what was happening, but then saw a sign in front of me that said ‘Who do you truly love?’ I was really confused at this point. I don’t know who to choose, but now Ryoma and Kyo walk up from both aisles and start to say, “Choose me Sakura, choose me,” synchronized. I don’t know whom I truly love. There is either one way, or another. Then Kyo holds my hand and gets on his knee saying, “Sakura, please, I truly do love you. Think of everything we’ve been through together. I blush because I love the feeling I get, but I feel embarrassed to tell you. I’ve done so much for you. I call you ‘my princess’ because I want you to be mine. Please accept my love and choose me.”
Then Ryoma grabs my other hand and gets down on his knee and says, “Sakura, I know I haven’t known you as long as you’ve known Kyo, but as soon as I met you, your beauty and kindness set a fire in my soul. The fire told me that it was no coincidence that we met. To me, it was love at first sight. I love how you usually seem so happy and cheerful, and how you always smile so beautifully. I know it seems like I’m over exaggerating, since I’ve only known you for only a couple of days, but I’m not. If I get to know you even more, I’m sure I can win your heart.”
At this point, my face is completely red. I don’t know whom to choose. Their words are so compelling. I don’t know what to do at this point. Kyo can tell I don’t know what to do, so he pulls me close to him and hugs me tight, so tight that if Ryoma tried to take me away, it would be impossible, though it wasn’t impossible.
Ryoma punches Kyo’s face crazy hard, and then Ryoma picks me up and tells me that he knows for the fact I’m the one for him and he’s the one for me. Kyo kicks Ryoma hard in the shin, and then stomps his foot. This time Kyo embraces me even tighter than the first time. I could feel tears falling down his face, and he’s yelling to me, “Sakura! I love you! I would do anything for you! I would die for you! Please choose me! Please! I truly do love you!” I don’t know what to do, so both of them kiss one of my cheeks.
That only makes it harder for me to decide. Ryoma pulls me towards him, and looks at my face. I see tears starting to come down his face as well. He pulls my head to his chest, so I hear the beat of his heart now. It’s racing at forty miles per hour, and his face is being flooded with tears at this very moment. Ryoma whispers in my ear, “Please, Sakura, please don’t leave me all alone. Please, let me share my life with you. I can prove it to you that I really do love you. Please. Listen to my heartbeat. Please understand how I feel.” I'm still confused, even if this is only a dream.
At this moment, Ryoma shows me his face full of tears. I think he’s crying out of love, but I can’t tell. To prove how he feels, he pulls my face hastily towards his. Just before the kiss, I wake up for real in the shelter.
