1. The harbour is polluted; I can only bear to sit with it at night. Swimming no longer feels natural, let alone my birthright. I forget that I was once cradled by water; these soft undulations are but a distant comfort.
2. Waste has been seeping through my lymph glands. Makes my skin seem thicker and existence inherently uncomfortable.
3. I am surrounded by dead birds and what breaks my heart the most is that I have no tears for them.
