Yeah this is kinda a Lot for part one idk how to break it down sorry

Panda woke up to his head pounding. The bear groggily pressed a paw on his forehead and tried to sit up. While he struggled to get up, he noticed that he couldn't hear Grizz doing his morning routine or Ice Bear making breakfast in the background. Huh. In fact, now that Panda had noticed it, the cave was eerily silent. After briefly rubbing his eyes and putting his glasses on so he could see, he looked over to his alarm clock for the time. 11:00. He had slept in a considerable amount. Panda still wondered why it was so quiet, though. He got up and walked out of his room to notice that he was home alone. There was a letter sitting on the table in front of the couch. Panda walked over and picked it up.

Hey Pan Pan, we're gonna be out today! I'll be out helping the Poppy Rangers with one of their badges and little bro is hanging out with Chloe. We're probably going to be gone for a while. Don't get lonely, haha! Oh man, sorry that probably came off as rude. I'd erase it but I'm writing in pen. But seriously, try to do something today! I've noticed that you've been kinda slow lately.

-Grizz

P.S. There is food in the fridge if you get hungry.

"Kinda slow lately, what the heck is that supposed to mean?" Panda scratched his head and sat on the couch. The bear basically sank into the piece of furniture, in full honesty. He thought about what his brother had written to him. Kinda slow lately. Even though initially, Panda thought it was a weird thing to say, especially coming from Grizz, he could see where he was coming from once he thought about it. He hadn't been feeling the absolute best as of recent and learning about Kale, Lucy's boyfriend didn't really help. Being in the limo and going to the concert was fun and he enjoyed it a lot, but it didn't affect his overall happiness.

To be truthful, Panda was feeling pretty bummed out. He didn't have a reason to be bummed out and he wasn't really bummed out, per se, but more just "bleh." He pondered for a second. How can I be happy again? There was really only one acceptable way to find out. Panda pulled out his phone and typed "how to be happy" into Googs and clicked on the first article, How to be Happy and Live a Fulfilling Life. Panda started reading.

Number One- Be around family or people that care about you! Nothing's worse than being alone without anyone nearby to visit. If there's someone you haven't seen in a while, why not try visiting them?

Huh.

Number Two- Love. Being with that special someone is a surefire way to be happy. If you're still searching for that person, look for people that show interest in or care about you! They're probably closer than you think they are.

Panda got a queasy feeling in his stomach and was tempted to exit out of the article but kept reading.

Number Three- Take a moment to have some time in nature. A lot of people recommend that if you have a forest nearby, you should totally go take a walk in the woods! While it can be hard for some of us to put our phones down and take a second to disconnect from everything, it shows clear health benefits and improves mental health. Nature has many things in store, but just make sure that you're being careful!

Panda groaned, the weird feeling in his stomach growing. He put his phone on the table and sat there a little longer. Even though he hated it and it wasn't particularly useful, the article was probably right. Maybe if Panda could finally find someone, he'd be happier. He'd definitely feel better about losing the stress over constantly searching for the right person. About wondering if every girl he meets is "the one."
