I've finally pulled up outside Normani's house and debating whether to text Normani, beep my horn or knock the door. I decided to be classy and knock the door. I make my way up to the door and quickly rub my palms on my jeans to reduce the sweating.
"Hey Dinah," Normani says as she opens the door a few seconds after me knocking. "Close your mouth, you're gonna catch flies", she mimicked me.
I didn't realise that my jaw was hanging open at the sight of her. "You look gorgeous," I started. "Wow."
"Thank you babe," she simply replied.
We made our way to the car and I could feel the nerves really getting to me now, it was hard to ignore it. I wasn't sure if I was being too extra or trying to hard but I raced to the passenger seat door to open it for my date. As she got into the car, I couldn't help but let my eyes glance down to her jeans. She's perfect.
"So," she starts. "Where are we going?," she asks me politely.
"It's a surprise, if that's okay with you?," I reply with a nervous tone to my voice.
She just simply nodded in response with a gentle smile on her face. There was a silence in the car, not an awkward silence, but a nervous one I'm sure. Normani broke the silence with a statement that made my heart almost stop.
"You really do look beautiful love," she quickly said without looking at me.
"Really? That means so much to me," I reply while blushing. I couldn't look at her either.
With that being said, we had arrived at our destination already.
Normani took a big gasp and her face lit up. "THE BOWLING ALLEY?," she shouted in excitement. "I love it here!"
"Yay, that's great news," I turn off the car engine. "Let's go then!"
We make our way into the building and walk up to the bowling reception counter. We start to take off our shoes and wait patiently in the queue for our turn.
"Two games for two people please," I politely say to the young girl at the counter.
She smiles while telling me the price and exchanging our shoes for the appropriate bowling ones. A lane-host escorted us to our bowling lane where we set up our names and began our match.

Lauren's POV
I still sat alone on my bed waiting for Camila to finish up in the bathroom, I wasn't sure what she was doing but she was taking a while. With what just happened, I'm not sure if she was in there for a long time for a reason or not. I decided to push my luck and find out.
"Camz," I say gently knocking the bathroom door. "I didn't mean that, I'm sorry. I'd never disrespect you like that. I just really love you and I didn't mean it at all. Please forgive me."
As I say that she opens the bathroom door and embraces me into a hug. She pulls me in tighter and doesn't let go. I hold her as tight as I possibly can. I think I know why she reacted like she did, I just treated her how Austin did.
"Babe, I didn't mean that. I'm not like him, I'm not like anyone else. I respect you so much," I plead to her. "I just got excited because I love your body so much and it was my fault."
"It's okay, I shouldn't have reacted that way," she says walking back over to the bed. "I just got nervous and wasn't sure how to react. I've never done anything like that before you know."
I walk over to her and cup her face. "Neither have I, this is all new to me," I start. "And when the time comes, when you're ready, we'll work through it together and find our comfort zone. It's whenever you're ready and comfortable. All at your pace babe." I kiss her gently.
I lay down on my back and pull her down to lay on my chest. I play with her hair while we find something to watch while we have a relaxing day. We started a new series to watch together, Camila picked it of course and she watched it mesmerised. However, I wasn't watching the programme - I was watching Camila. She's perfect, she's my everything. She's gorgeous. This is all I've wanted, from a very young age. I can't help but stare at her every second of the day.
"I hope Dinah's date is going well," I remembered. "Should I ask?"
"Yeah text her." Camila quickly responds.
To Dinah [1:52pm] Heyyyy girl, how is it going? Hope you're both all loved up.

Dinah's POV
After our second game, Normani jumps up with excitement as she wins the second game.
"Yessss! I've won again," Normani shouts.
I chuckle as a response and give her a high five.
"You let me win didn't you,?" She asks in a disappointing tone.
"No. I promise I didn't," I replied while chuckling. I actually didn't.
We walked back to the reception area in order to get our shoes back. We thank the girl and start to put our shoes back on. We start towards the main entrance to leave. As we're walking, Normani grabs my hand and starts to hold it as we are leaving the building.
She looks at me and smiles, "Is this okay?" She asks me.
I just squeezed her hand as a response and smiled from cheek to cheek because I couldn't contain my happiness. This girl doesn't realise what she does to me. She really doesn't. We get back into the car and start towards back to Normani's house.
When we arrive back, I walk Normani up to her front door and thank her for accompanying me on the date. "Today was really an amazing day and I loved every second of it."
She smiled politely back at me. "So did I, thank you so much."
"Does that mean I can take you out again?"
She didn't give me an answer, she placed her lips on mine gently as a response. It may have only lasted 2 seconds maximum, but the feeling I felt lasted a lifetime. The feeling I have felt right now, I'll remember for the rest of my life.
"Goodbye Dinah, I'll see you soon." She gave me one last hug and went inside.
