Silas and Casper are on a short leash while investigating the human remains uncovered on Saltwater Bay.
Casper's notorious for digging into affairs that don't concern him. So it isn't a surprise to the New Port Police Department when he pulls his partner in crime into the murderous mystery. Chief of police, Dale Archer, makes it his sole duty to keep the boys away from the investigation, but he doesn't do too good of a job at it. Their digging and sniffing around proves to be availing as they uncover more clues amid the web of secrets harboring their quaint town.
Can they untangle the heinous truth? Or will the secrets stay buried like bygone bones forever?

This was just a fun little short mystery story that came to mind. Any criticisms and opinions of how I could improve anywhere is always welcomed. This story does include a gay relationship, but there won't be any mature scenes. I hope you enjoy reading.🐶
Having wrote this short story back in 2019, I thought it would be fun to revisit it and clean up some things! Nothing drastic should change, as I'm only cleaning up some little details.
