AN: I don't own Doctor Who, or any of the characters. I don't own you either.
Your POV
"What do you think?" Winston asked, as you looked at the Doctor in fear. "Quite something, eh?"
"What are you doing here?" The Doctor asked the Dalek, stepping dangerously close to it.
"Doctor." You cautioned, trying to make him take a step back. You knew how dangerous the Daleks could be, and you didn't want him to get hurt. He looked back at you, as the Dalek replied, "I am your soldier."
"What?" The Doctor asked, turning back to face the Dalek.
"I am your soldier." The Dalek repeated.
"Stop." You said. "Just stop it, you're not fooling anyone."
"You know who I am." The Doctor said. "You always do."
"Your identity is unknown." The Dalek stated.
"Perhaps I can clarify things here. This... This is one of my Ironsides." Bracewell interrupted.
"No, it's called a Dalek. I've met them before, they took over my school!" You said. The Doctor gestured for you to be quiet, before asking,
"Your what?"
"You will help the Allied cause in any way you can?" Bracewell asked the Dalek who replied,
"Yes."
"Until the Germans have been utterly smashed?" Bracewell questioned, and the Dalek again replied,
"Yes."
"And what is your ultimate aim?"
"To win the war!" The Dalek answered coldly in a way that sent a shiver down your spine. Somehow, you just knew that they were up to something. They had to be.

"Daleks!" The Doctor insisted, staring at Bracewell's original blueprints. "They're called Daleks!" "They're Bracewell's Ironsides, Doctor! Look!" Winston replied. "Blueprints, statistics, field tests, photographs! He invented them!"
"Invented them?" The Doctor repeated him with a laugh. "No! No!"
"Yes! He approached one of our brass hats a few months ago, fella's a genius!" Winston said.
"A Scottish genius too." Amy interrupted.
"Did he say where he got the idea from?" You asked. "I mean; he can't have just got it from nowhere." Before Winston could answer your question, The Doctor interrupted loudly, "Shh! He didn't invent them. They're alien."
"Alien?" Winston repeated doubtfully. You turned around in time to see a Dalek going past the doorway, and hit the Doctor on the arm softly. The Dalek turned its eyestalk to look at you, as silence fell in the room. You stared back at the Dalek, who turned away from you and moved away. "And totally hostile." The Doctor added softly.
"Precisely. They will win me the war!" Winston said.
"No." You said. "And even if they are helping you, what about after the war? What then?" Winston stared at you, a frown on his face.
"I'm sure Bracewell has a plan for them. There are talks of replacing our armies with them." He said, moving a blueprint aside to reveal a poster of a Dalek with the slogan 'To Victory!' You shook your head, as Winston left the room. The Doctor let out a sigh of exasperation, and ran after him. You glanced at Amy, and the pair of you followed. "Why won't you listen to me?" The Doctor questioned. "Why did you call me in if you won't listen to me?"
"When I rang you a month ago, I must admit, I had my doubts." Winston confessed. "The Ironsides seemed too good to be true."
"Yes! Right! So destroy them! Exterminate them!" The Doctor cried.
"But imagine what I could do with a hundred! A thousand!" Winston said.
"Yes, and imagine what damage they could do if they went rogue!" You interrupted. "The casualties would be so many, because nobody can stop them."  The Doctor nodded in agreement.
"I can see why you like her, Doctor." Winston said, looking at you. You felt your face heat up, as you immediately looked at The Doctor. He softly smiled at you, before saying, "Amy, tell him."
"Tell him what?" She asked.
"About the Daleks." He replied, finally looking away from you.
"What would I know about the Daleks?" Amy said, causing you to become confused. Even you could remember when the Daleks had invaded Earth. How could you forget about all the planets in the sky? "Everything. They invaded your world, remember? Planets in the sky, you don't forget that." The Doctor said. Amy looked back at him expressionlessly, and looked at you.
"Do you have any idea what he's talking about?" She whispered. You nodded.
"It happened about 2 years ago. 2009. How do you not remember? It was terrifying. I had no idea what was going on, because they hid me in the attic." You said. "I was so scared. You don't forget fear like that." The Doctor looked at you, as his expression softened. It was almost as if he felt sorry for you. Gently, he placed a hand on your shoulder, attempting to comfort you. "Amy..." He said. "Tell me you remember the Daleks." Amy looked at your expression, and shook her head.
"No, sorry!" She said.  The Doctor stared at her in disbelief.
"That's not possible." He mumbled, before leading you into the room that Winston had entered, leaving Amy behind you. As soon as you entered the room, the building rocked, and more dust fell from the ceiling. The Doctor brushed it off your shoulder, and said, "Are you alright?" You nodded.
"I'm fine. Sorry if I got a bit upset back there, bad memories do that to me." You explained, and The Doctor shook his head.
"It's fine. I have bad memories too." He said, lightly putting his arms around you. Gently he kissed your forehead, as Amy approached the pair of you. A Dalek moved past you, and The Doctor stared after it. "So, they're up to something. But what is it? What are they after?"
"Well, let's ask, shall we?" Amy said, before walking over to the Dalek with a smile on her face.
"Amy! Amelia!" The Doctor called, as she knocked on the Dalek's case.
"Can I be of assistance?" The Dalek asked, turning its eyestalk around to look at her.
"Oh. Yes! Yes!" Amy said happily. "See, erm, my friends reckon you're dangerous. That you're an alien. Is that true?"
"I am your soldier." The Dalek said, as you bit your lip.
"Yeah, got that bit. Love a squaddie. What else though?" Amy asked.
"Please, excuse me." The Dalek said, turning away from her. "I have duties to perform." The Doctor moved over to Winston, and stood by his side, looking over the massive table that was used to control the armies' movements. "Winston, Winston, please." The Doctor begged.
"We are waging total war, Doctor!" Winston replied. "Day after day, the Luftwaffe pound this great city like an iron fist."
"Wait till the Daleks get started." The Doctor commented.
"Men, women and children slaughtered. Families torn apart, Wren's churches in flame." Winston said.
"Yeah, try the Earth in flames!" The Doctor snapped.
"I weep for my country, I weep for my empire. It is breaking my heart."
"But you're resisting, Winston. The whole world knows you're resisting." The Doctor said. "You're a beacon of hope."
"You really are. You don't need the Daleks to win the war, you can do it." You said.
"Y/N, with the Ironsides, we can win this war in record time. I can't be a beacon of hope forever." Winston said. "Millions of innocent lives will be saved if I use these Ironsides now."
"Can I be of assistance?" The Dalek asked.
"No!" You snapped. "Go away! Be quiet!"
"Y/N." The Doctor said calmly. "Listen to me, just listen. The Daleks have no conscience. No mercy, no pity. They are my oldest, and deadliest enemy. You cannot trust them."
"If Hitler invaded Hell, I would give a favourable reference to the Devil." Winston answered. "These machines will be our salvation!" Before the Doctor could reply, a loud siren filled the air, and Winston let out a sigh of relief. "The all clear. We are safe. For now." Winston frowned at The Doctor before walking away from the pair of you. You glanced at the Doctor. "Somehow, I don't think we're going to convince him." You said softly. The Doctor looked back at you, and let out a sigh. "Doctor, it's the all clear." Amy said. "Are you two OK?"
"What does hate look like?" The Doctor questioned.
"Hate?" Amy repeated.
"Mm. It looks like a Dalek." The Doctor said; looking at the Dalek that Amy had interrogated earlier.  "And I'm going to prove it." You raised your eyebrows. "How?" You asked.
"Just watch, Y/N." He replied, storming out of the room. You wondered what the Doctor was going to do. But you were almost certain that it would be dangerous or stupid. Although it would be more sensible to back off, you decided against your better judgement to follow him. After all, he might need you.
