Pt.2/sequel to The Apostles Creed// Jin's POV //
"Jinnie hyung, are you sure you want to do this?"
No.
The last thing I want to do is confront the man who raised me and ask him if he slept with someone else.
It's better me though than my mother. A part of me wanted me to convince myself that my father would never be capable of something like this. I mean, everyone is capable of everything, but my father? No absolutely not. I hope.My brother and I came up with a plan, go to Gwacheon and wait til our father gets home and confront him. Ask him the morbid, unforgiving question: "Are you cheating on mom?"
"I have to Namjoonie," I reply.
"No you don't," RM tried to talk me out of it.
"I can't keep wondering the rest of my life."
Namjoon stared at me, "What if he did?"
I shut my eyelids, "I don't know."
If my brother wasn't with me, I would probably be crying and cursing and making the situation ten times worse. I've never cursed in front of my hyung before, and I don't want to even think about doing that.
Even though we're both adults, I'll always be his dongsaeng. Just like the members will always be my dongsaengs. For the past two weeks, I've been sleep deprived more than usual, I've been wrapping around my head the situation. It's scary how you think you know someone and they turn out to be someone else.
Namjoon used to read true crime books, and I remembered him and I talking about the murderers' children and how they reacted to finding out what their fathers did.
"Hyung, are you sure you have everything?"
"Yes Yoongi," I assured him.
He brings me my charger to the front door and I started saying goodbye to my dongsaengs.
"I'm gonna miss you, hyung," my maknae hugged me.
"Aww, I'll miss you too baby," I smiled.
"Hyung, you better call us when you get there. Make sure you don't call on the plane, because that interferes with the engines, and give us your hyungs' number so we can call him if you don't call us, and give me your home number in case you both don't answer," Namjoon said.
I rolled my eyes at his protectiveness, "Joon, I'm going to see my dad not Bin Laden."
"You better not go see Bin Laden," Namjoon told me sternly.
"Goodbye, Joonie," I kissed him on the forehead.
"If your dad is cheating and tries something on you, call us and we'll kick his ass," Hoseok said.
"You think my father is gonna try something on me?"
"You never know, one time I had a friend whose cousin-"
"Goodbye, Hobi," I shut the door and walk outside.
"Hey, hyung," I waved to my brother who led me to his car.
Once we were on the road, my brother and I talked for an hour before going silent. We were both holding our breath, and whatever happens tonight will either release it or never let it go.
