If he were to fight Shaggy one-on-one, by Shaggy''s extent of power, Uleanra would come out with no scratches, only the slightest graze where Shaggy fooled Uleanra. In fact, Uleanra banished Shaggy to the Nether where he has since not been found for many eons and neither awoken.
Now, to move on to Bigweld. Though threatening he might seem, with one long huff of breath from Uleanra, it sent Bigweld scattered into 12 different dimensions. Don't feel convinced yet? Well, the dog from 'Marley and Me,' died just because Uleanra was there in the same spot it died 2,000,000 years ago, and with just 0.2% power, he reached into the future with ease and killed the dog. The castwriters were shocked themselves, but decided to keep rolling just for the sake of them not being killed themselves. They did this because in their heads was a drive, a tendency of a sort to not question anything, as if this was meant to happen, and their predecessors were always aware of this.
