Lance POV

I woke up to my alarm I slowly got up and looked at the clock "crap" It was 9:02 I was supposed to start school at 8:03. I got up as quick as I could I got dressed and ran down stairs hoping my mom or my siblings plus my dad wouldn't see me. But my mom grabbed me by the hoodie and slaped and kicked me for being late I got up off the floor and out of there as quick as possible. I made it to school I walked slowly to class knowing Mr takashi would be pissed at me. I was lost in thought when someone tapped on my shoulder it was a boy with a mullet pale skin and a red jacket .he was staring at me then I realized I had bruises on my face he probably thought I was a delinquent.

I sighed and spoke "what do you need" his eyes didn't look scared but they looked a little concerned but I ignored it as he spoke " i-I'm- looking for c-class 3-A" oh I didn't expect him to be in my class. I put on a fake smile hoping he wouldnt notice and said"OK follow me il lead the way" and lead the way to class. When we got in I felt Mr takashis eyes on me he looked more concerned then angry. pidge one of my best friends did are single to see if I was ok, she held up 2 fingers 1 finger than 2 I nodded and walked to my desk and sat down.

Keith POV
I got to school at 9:30 I new I was late but I'm sure it was ok I got into school and saw a boy with a green zip up hoodie bronze skin frekles and curly hair . He was stopped in the hall I taped on his shoulder hoping he could help me he turns around and I see bruises on his face as well as a few scratches he actually looked kinda cute. I thought he was a delinquent until he spoke "what you need" I snapped out of it I was actually kind of concerned I don't like when people are hurt. I stuttered " i-I'm l-looking for c-class 3-A" I finally got the words out of my mouth "OK follow me il lead the way" I could tell that he put on a fake smile. We made it to class shiro my brother and my home room teacher looked at the boy in the hoodie with concerned eyes.

I took a look to the left and saw a girl with short hair do some kind of signal as the boy in front of me nodded and went to sit down. shiro started to speak " well class meet Kieth hes new so please be nice" as he said that I waved and went to the seat behind the boy that lead me here. I sit and I see him he dozed off I didn't want to wake him so I just watched he was adorable he looked so peaceful.

it was time to go to lunch the boy with the hoodie was still asleep so I shook his arm his friends walked over the girl spoke first. "hi I'm Katy but you can call me pidge" then next was the guy next to her "hi im hunk" they seemed nice I heard the boy with the hood grumble he was waking up.

He opened his eyes yawned and looked up at me pidge and hunk. "yo lance your up we need to talk" pidge said with a worried look on her face. So his name is lance cool,i went to lunch with pidge, hunk,and lance. We got to a lunch table and lance stairs of somewhere faraway he looks sad and in pain I didn't know what to do. Pidge snapped him out of it he hadn't spoke sense class "lance we need to talk Keith do you mind if we go over there" I said it was ok and they walked over I ease dropped on what they were saying. "lance did your mom beat you again" pidge yelled "y-ya" he stuttered. I felt my hart ache and I felt like crying I didn't know what to do I decided to confront lance after school I may not know him that well but I just had to.
