Dollhouse

Rain.

She lays still on the chair as Tolfer works on the bonding imprint for Rain's new handler. Her skin clear and pale as snow. Rain looks around waiting on her treatment. Her deep brown curly hair falls down onto her shoulders. Rain turns her head to the left quickly as she hears the door open and sees a man standing there. His hands in his pockets, Rain looks him up and down. Normally in her doll state she does not feel this feeling that he gives her. His deep brown eyes focused on her as he as well looks her up and down. Tolfer begins the treatment. "Hello Rain, ready for your treatment?" He places a hand on Rains forehead as he lays the chair back slowly. "I like my treatments" Tolfer motions for Rains handler to come closer and he fiddled around with the computer right across the room. "This is the script you will have to follow to get this imprint to stick to Rain's memory."
*brendons P.O.V*
I walk to her side, confused on why she is acting like this as I do not know her full story. I glance down at the paper Tolfer has just given me.
"Handler- 'Everything's gonna be okay.'
Doll- 'now that you're here'
Handler- 'Do you trust me?'
Doll- 'With my life.'"
Tolfer motions for me to grab her hand. I look at Rain, she's looking right at me with a purple ray of light shining on her face from the device in which Tolfer put on her. He lifts her hand up and takes mine and puts them together, I'm shaking I'm so nervous with this whole handler thing. It's new.
      The room gets quiet and Rain and I are looking at each other. I clear my throat and begin the imprint.
A few moments later Tolfer is lifting the chair, I watch Rain's hair fall perfectly onto her shoulders. She looks at Tolfer, "Did I fall asleep?" He smiles softly and nods and helps her up. "For a little while". Rain looks at me with some hope in her eyes "Shall I go now?" I nod and lead her out of the room with a hand in her back, suddenly feeling protective over her.
