I jolt awake from another nap, from crying myself asleep again.
"Amira its me answer the door i know your their," i hear Nick call as he knocks on the door
"Nick go away," i say
"No Amira its been 2 weeks and i miss you," he laughs
"Please leave me alone," i yell
The door opens and Nick walks in over to me. I give him a dirty look and i lay back down.
"You need to eat," he says sitting down
"Stop," i say
"No just hear me out,"
"What," i huff
"We are going out to the club, Zion is not going, you should come," he smiles
"No hell no," i say
"Amira you need to get out of this house," he says
"No," i scoff
"Please just one night," he smiles
I stare at him and he sticks out his bottom lip.
"Only for a little bit," i huff
"Really?" he asks
"Yes," i groan
"Okay well you need to shower first of all," he laughs
I shove him and stand up.
"Damn girl," he says holding his nose
I flick him off and i walk to the bathroom. I hadn't seen myself in 2 weeks, due to me just sitting on the couch watching Catfish reruns. I grimace and strip. Was i really about to go out? Was i ready? What if we run into him? What if he has a new girlfriend?
"Amira hurry up we need to leave in an hour," Nick calls
I get in the shower and let the water run down my face and onto my body, it felt good not gonna lie. I grab shampoo and rub it into my hair, then conditioner, then body wash. I get out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body. I open the door and go to my room, i drop the towel and put on a bra and underware. I open my closet and my eyes fall on one of Zion's hoodies, i feel the tears burning my eyes, but i hold back and take a deep breath. I pull out a skin tight tan skirt and tube top set. I slip it on and i sit down in front of my mirror. I see a picture of Zion and I in the corner. I grab it and stare at it, i wanted to cry but i was so angry, that i let him do this to me. I rip the picture in half and throw it in the trash. Fuck Zion, he broke me but that doesn't mean i am gonna let him do this to me. I was sick of crying over him and not being over him, sure i am not ready to move on but i am sick of being hung on him.
I put a brush through my hair and brush through my hair, i put my hair in a high pony tail and lay my edges. I grab my makeup bag and put on a full face of makeup on. I stand up and slip on some strappy heels, and some big hoop earrings. I look at myself in the mirror, last time i looked this good was me and Zion's anniversary.
"Fuck Zion," i say to myself applying another layer of lip gloss. I grab a pocket book and slip my phone and some other nesecitties inside of it. I open my door and Nick looks up from his phone.
"GOD DAMN," Nick yells recording me
"I know," i laugh
"Look at you," he scoffs still recording me
I spin around and he stops
"Thanks Nick it means alot," i smile
"Ofcourse," he says hugging me from the side, "Now lets go the guys are waiting, they don't know you coming i told them you said no,"
"Oh lord," i laugh
I follow him to his car and i get in. He drives straight to house, i dont see Zion's car and i take a breath of releaf.
"Okay lets go,"
I get out of the house and i follow him to door inside. I hear yelling upstairs.
"Okay just walk up their and just like surprise them," he laughs
I walk up the stairs up quietly and into Brandon's room first, he was looking in the mirror fixing his hairs, he looks at me and turns around.
"Oh my fucking god you look beautiful," he smiles hugging me
"Thanks Brandon," i smile
"Go see the others," he nods to the door
I see Austin and Edwin in Edwins room.
"Amira Harper," they gasp
I spin around and laugh
"Hurry up," Nick yells
"Beautiful as always," Austin says hugging me
Edwin hugs me and we walk downstairs as i hit the last step the front door opens to reveal Zion with his arm around another girl, he turns his head and looks at me. We make eye contact and he instantly looks away.
"Uh i am just gonne go," he whispers walking out the door again
"We were gonna tell you just not yet," Brandon says
"No its fine, he can do that he has his rights, just like i have mine,"i lie, even though it really hurt
"Are you sure?" Edwin asks
"Yeah lets just leave," i nod
We walk out the door and pile into the car.
