"Mama!" I heard from down stairs. How long have I been staring at that picture?! I thought.

"Coming baby!" I yelled.

I decided to keep my outfit simple. White shorts and a black hoodie

"Mama! I want this one!" I simply smiled and looked at what Ella was pointing at on her menu.

"You want to have cupcake pancakes?" I giggled.

"Yeah!" Her smile was so, joyful. It reminds me of him. "Look! Uncle Corbyn!" I got snapped out of my thoughts as I heard Ella yell something.

"What?" I asked confused. It's not that I didn't hear her, I didn't want to believe it. I haven't seen Corbyn ever since Elle's 2nd birthday. That was at least 4 months ago. On October 12th we were able to sneak in a little party. Since Corbyn is always with the boys, and I don't think I could ever approach them ever again, we can't really spend some quality time together. What if he was with the boys?! Omg omg I am literally going to dieeeee!!!!! Ya know what? Fuck this! I'm just gonna put my sunglasses on and everything will be perfectly fine. As long as he doesn't notice me...

"Elle, baby do you know if my sunglasses are in my purse?" I rummaged through my purse. "Elle?" I looked up to see no one there. "E-Elle?" No answer. I looked around the room until I found a oddly familiar boy at a table. Not just any guy though. My god damn brother and his stupid ass band mates at ihop right now, same exact location, at the worst time possible. And right next to him was my daughter.. oh geez

Buuuttt, I didn't waste a minute. I ran over there as fast as I could, and grabbed her. I should've put my sunglasses on before I ran over here. I don't exactly know why I didn't that. Mother instincts?

"Elle!" I gave her a stern look. "You don't run off like that," I calmed down a bit. I looked at Corbyn and he looked at me with wide eyes. The boys were all staring at us. "B-but uncle Corbyn," she looked down. I felt bad because she didn't know about the whole Daniel thing. I mean, I would've ran to Corbyn if the boys weren't here.

"Clare?" Speak of the devil. I cleared my throat and looked up at Daniel. "Hm?" I smiled. But my smile wasn't a happy smile, it was more of a 'I'm obviously faking it' kind of smile. "Corbyn, can we talk," I smiled through gritted teeth. I grabbed his ear and pulled him to the other side of the restaurant. All I could hear were 'ows' and giggles from Elle. I couldn't help but giggle myself.

"Corbyyyynn! What are doing here," I whined. "I had no idea you guys were here," he said as he rubbed his left ear. "Okay, well I only pulled you over here so I could make a run for it, so... see ya!" I picked up Elle and was on my way to the car. Until I felt someone hold on to my arm. "Look, you cant just keep running away from him," he smiled. "Elle needs a dad, and I know you too well to know that you won't ever try and start dating again. And don't you think Daniel deserves to know he's a father?" I couldn't help but look down. "Fine" I mumbled.

I walked over to their table. "H-hey guys," I waved at them. They all looked at me with confused expressions on their faces. "Clare!" Zach called out. He ran over to me and hugged me. Soon, all the boys did the same. Besides one. And that one was checking a text on his phone. I simply rolled my eyes and went back to hugging.

The boys and I were really close. When I was still living with them, we used to go shopping, play video games, and all that stuff. They used to fight over who gets to hang out with me each day. Sometimes I really miss living with them. I look over at Daniel and see him staring at me with sad eyes. I give him a smile, signaling for him to join our hug. Soon enough he joins. We hugged for what felt like forever. Once we let go I couldn't help but stare at those blue eyes. Damn I loved those ocean eyes.

"Who's this?" Daniel kneeled down to Elle's hight. I took a deep breath. He should know. I look down to see Elle holding to my leg for dear life. Elle doesn't have many friends. She's not used to meeting new people all the time. That's partly my fault. I don't want anything to happen to her. Christina says I'm 'way to over protective' but, I just want to keep her safe.

"This is my daughter" I said as I looked down at my confused looking child.

"Y-you have a daughter?" Daniel stuttered.

"You didn't let me finish" I took a deep breath.

"Ella Sienna Seavey"

"W-What?" He finally stood up. Our faces were inches apart.

"Daniel.. you have a daughter," I smiled a sad smile. Omg I should've thought this through.

"How is that possible?" He asked. I looked at Corbyn for permission to tell him. He simply nodded and carried Elle.

"I-um I- have to go," I took Elle from Corbyn and ran to my car. Tears started flowing down my face. Soo I decided to call Christina.

"Hey- whats wrong?"

"Come over" I said as fast as I could and hung up. "Mama what's wrong?" Elle asked me. "Mamas just a little sad," I smiled at her.

I was pacing around my room until I heard the doorbell ring. I sprinted to the door and opened it. "Christina I-" as I looked up, I saw the person I least wanted to see. Daniel.

"Look we need to talk," he said looking straight into my eyes. I wiped my tears away and stupidly let him in.

•Daniel's POV•

As I watched her run out of ihop, I felt a burning sensation on my cheek. "What was that for!- oh" I soon realized, I deserved that. I looked at Zach who had just slapped me and then all of the boys. "Go get her!" Jack yelled. "She's gone," I looked down to my feet. "Here, I'll give you her address," Corbyn said. I smiled at him and scratched my neck.

I took a deep breath and rang the door bell. "Christina I-" her eyes were red and puffy from crying. I did this. "Look we need to talk." I said. She let me in and I sat on the couch.

•Clare's POV•

I sat on the couch and looked at my feet. I didn't feel like looking at him right now. "I'm sorry," he whispered. My head shot up. "For what?" I could barely talk. It sounded like I was losing my voice. "For hurting you," I nodded and looked back down. "Mama, I'm- " I look up to see a frightened looking Elle. She ran towards me and I picked her up. I sat her on my lap and she dug her head into the crook of my neck. "Baby, this is dada," I whispered. She looked at me in shock. "Dada?" She said. "Yeah," I smiled at Daniel.
