Ch.1 Best Friends Forever

Michael and I sit in the park on the swings. "Michael" I say, "yes Mirella" he says looking up at me, "I'm glad we are best friends" I smile, "me too" he says, "best friends forever" he smiles holding up his pinkey, "best friends forver" I say locking my pinkey with his, we both laugh.

I wake up and run down stairs, remembering Michael is coming over later. "Mommy, when is Michael coming over" I say jumping on to the couch next to her, "um sweety, I'm sorry to say this, but Michael moved away, you will probably never see him again" she said, "what" I say feeling tears stream down my face. "I'm sorry sweetie" she says pulling me into a hug, "we promised to be best friends forever" I sobbed.

10 years later

I sit on my couch in my house, I know 19 and have your own house, well I saved up since I was 12, and got a really good job. I see the news is on, a bus crash that has patients in it and they all escaped, huh well hopefully everyone is okay. I turn off the tv, I decide to go out and get decorations since Halloween is in a week, my favorite holliday, my best friend Michael also loved Halloween, sadly I have yet to ever see him in 10 years, he always helped me, especially when I got bullied, and it just got worse after he left.

I can home with bags of decorations, I then started to decorate.

Few hours later I was finished, I had lights put up, spider webs, headstones, skeletons and many more decorations, I went all out. I then decided to go on a walk.

I walk down a very familiar road, I then spot the familiar white house. No one has lived in it since Michael.

I see a girl stand in front of my house, she looks so familiar, I see tears stream down her face, I get a better look and I nearly fall. It's Mirella, my best friend when I was a kid.
"Mirella" I whisper.

Mirella POV
Tears stream down my face, I then walk back home, I miss him so much.
